Not the weirdest I've seen, but yep
They're running out of questions.
I think that’s sort of the point. They need to keep the questions fresh and interesting and not ask the same boring question over and over and they want questions that are likely to invite funny answers.

I was thinking the same thing. I guess some dog owners tolerate being licked in the face by their dog but apart from that no one wants to make out with an animal.

I’m assuming you’re thinking spiders aren’t animals. But you would be wrong. Insects and arachnids are just a category of animals. Animals is an extremely broad term.
And just in case, in the extremely impossibly unlikely event, that you’re referring to the elephant answer… well then I’d be worrying if you have adequate care because you wouldn’t be smart enough to look after yourself. I doubt that’s the case though.
