Don't buy ladies. I just got mine today and the wig is HUGE on my head although I ordered a 21. Measured and they sent me a 23 and the cap feels warped like it was worn. Maybe it's because it's so big. The hair is about 3 different lengths, lomhest at 19nch- i ordered a 16 inch and the straps are cheaply made, i tried on, adjusted and put back on, took off and the elastic is already coming from the straps. 😩 Also it is quite thin at the back of the crown and super full at the bottom back of the wig. They layered the tracks too heavy in the back. Could have filled it in more at the top back of the crown. Sides are fine. And it smells really bad. I paid a whopping $250 for this joint. 🤦🏾♀️ Kie' wig looks phenomenal but they sent me some trash.
Hey boo, so did you email them for these issues? They have a return policy. I show exactly the wig i got. Does it say it is a 23, or are you saying it's too big? Even said it smelled. Different lengths as in layers? The textures on my edges and cap are different. I STYLED my wig. Please watch videos before ordering and see how I style and define my curls before saying I got a better wig. This js not always accurate. Sometime, it is the styling. @Kie RaShon hey Honey! It's the strangest thing. No wig tag, the box, nor the plastic bag have any label stating the size so I measured it and it's 23. And yes, I did email them. I haven't received a response as of yet. I recieved the wig this morning and wrestled with it during the day. I watched your video a few times before it arrived and had all my products at the table to follow each step when it arrived and watched during my install. The straps are worn and as far as length it's not layered, it's 3 different lengths all around. For me... that's a lot going wrong for $250.
I wanted to add, even if it were layered not one string should be 19 inches when I ordered a 16inch. 😅 this is in no way a reflection of you. They could have very well sent you their best and it looks gorgeous on you. 😍

I love the last hairstyle! I need to do that. My hair is very similar texture to this one and I like to make my hairline a little textured like that too instead of slicked back. Just to add some fluff to it, so this wigs hairline is spot on & natural looking 👍

My hubby (Daddy PawPaw) bought this wig for me for Christmas and I love it HOWEVER ... mine isn't as dense as yours. I bought all of the stuff and did ALL of the things that you did but still ... it's not as dense and they only gave me a rat tail comb and a wig cap with the wig. LOL!

@Aprilluvv oh that sucks it wasnt exactly what you wanted. The look of the wig will differ on most people based on their features, height, face shape, neck length, etc. The density of the wig is on the brand though. Ever issues, please contact them to fix 😊

I love the last hairstyle! I need to do that. My hair is very similar texture to this one and I like to make my hairline a little textured like that too instead of slicked back. Just to add some fluff to it, so this wigs hairline is spot on & natural looking 👍

My hubby (Daddy PawPaw) bought this wig for me for Christmas and I love it HOWEVER ... mine isn't as dense as yours. I bought all of the stuff and did ALL of the things that you did but still ... it's not as dense and they only gave me a rat tail comb and a wig cap with the wig. LOL!
Hey love, double check that he got the same specs as mine. Clicking on the link takes you to the wig. You still have to select all the correct specs. I think the added goodies are an extra price too depending on what you choose at check out. Dont quote me though, I am not on the website right now.

@Aprilluvv oh that sucks it wasnt exactly what you wanted. The look of the wig will differ on most people based on their features, height, face shape, neck length, etc. The density of the wig is on the brand though. Ever issues, please contact them to fix 😊
