You can buy individual mildliners at Michaels. I saw them this past week in the checkout line next to some sharpies. I’m assuming they’re only in select stores or cities though. I’m from Vegas sooo ya! They were only like $2 I think :D

i went to target around that same time u did and it was really empty when i went, too. my sister, who works at a high school, said it was probably empty because there was a big sale target had on where teachers could go and buy stuff for 50% off, or buy one get one free, can’t remember, and u know everyone flocks for that free stuff lmao
