Guess why he used autotune a few times? Because someone that uses autotune lies about their own voice

It's clearly a stylistic choice. Adding a distortion or reverb pedal to a guitar doesn't mean the guitarist is lying about the sound their guitar can produce, does it?

My favourite song on the album, and if I'm honest, one of my favourites from the whole Rammstein catalogue. When I went to the Atmos experience and saw the rose burning and Till singing with all that despair... I can't describe the feeling. Just pure magic.

I'm torn between Schwarz and Weit Weg, but this is a close third or fourth.
I can't help beat tear up everytime I hear this song. It's a bittersweet reminder of all the failed relationships I was and how in a lot of ways it was my fault they ended.
In my opionion their best album since Reise,Reise. Love it!

The first time I listened to this song I actually believed what Till said at the beginning and I thought it was gonna be a very peaceful song. Joke's on me I guess. It's hard to pick a favorite song from this album because all of them are amazing but this one is just so beautiful to me.

It's certainly my least favourite, but for some reason I tend to dislike some songs that a lot of people love. For example, Puppe is my least favourite from the previous album.

I cried when iam heard it first time. 😭
I might be alone on this, but it almost sounds like Till is cry singing during the auto tune part. It's strange in a way, but you can feel the pain and hurt even more because of it.
Such a brilliant song with a special "twist".
The song begins, me very quiet sounds until the middle of the song.
Here, a perfect world is celebrated, from walking barefoot in the meadows, enjoying life with his life partner, that you NEVER swear, that you are always faithful, you live healthy (always cooks without fat ^^) and lyrically deals with life and writes poems (does Till mean himself?)
and of course you always visit your grandma on sundays....
AND THEN? In the middle of the songs, it is ended with an abrupt end to the perfect world with drums and e-gittare . And sings:
LIES, all lies. I lie and I cheat, I even lie to myself, nobody believes me, nobody trusts me, not even me!!!!!
It describes a person who notoriously lies and then no one believes, but this person is desperately trying to disprove this.
"I deceive well" i love how the auto tune is applied when he starts talking about his lies!

This is one of the most polarizing songs on the album, but I think once you understand the lyrics (and the purpose of the autotune), it turns it from a good song to an absolute masterpiece.
So from 3:08 (2:13 song) the part begins for me where I have to think of a mixture of "Split" and "Joker" every time. I don't know if I'm wrong with this thought, in any case I think that Till expresses the madness very convincingly👍 Just amazing!

Rammsteins songs could always be interpreted in sooo many ways and apply to so many different situations, they are like muscial lessons of life.
The song fools you and lies to you from the beginning, you trusted it and believed it and if he hadn't said anything you would still believe his lies.
In the end its one of the darkest songs, it gives a perspective on life that you should be careful what to believe.

I've seen many comments saying that each song is the best from the album even OK and Dicken Titen and weirdly enough I agree with every comment lol this album hits different every single song to me is a banger the last album I can name like 3 songs that I didn't enjoy that much but this one every song just does something for me IDK how to explain, maybe I just missed Rammstein releasing new stuff and after listening to this album 50x like the last one some of the songs will not have the same effect.
I don't think so. I like the first half when Till is talking. I don't like the second half when he is screaming in autotune. I always start imaging how great it would sound with his pure screaming voice kinda like in Angst or Puppe. It's not the fact that they are using autotune on his voice (because we all know Till can sing), it's the fact that it just doesn't sound nice to me, it completely throws me out of the song.

the lyrics sound like something you'd see on a dating app. The guy who wrote it on the app knows only too well that it's all BS , but he can't even be honest with himself. The autotune inclusion is brilliant-conning himself that he can sing when he can't. Of course Till can, it's the character he's singing about who can't. Makes me think of a few public figures around these days as well.
During editing, the sound of the track is always worse than the original, check the render settings and signal levels.

I have always felt like this song was a very personal song for Till. It’s no secret that the man has gone through women like water lol. But I think perhaps this is almost an apology to past lovers. The happy parts are so genuine, like this is something he truly wants in his life, but he just can’t stay faithful? Not trying to assume I know anything about his love life, but that’s just my two cents.
His first wife cheated on him and got pregnant, then he found out she had cheated on him with Richard. Til raised his daughter on his own and made up with Richard. He never trusted any woman after that.
The next-to-last song is "Lügen (Lies)", the last song is "Adieu (Goodbye)". Is this their last album? Or is this a lie? Or don´t they know, how they should go on yet? Greatings from Germany

its art ...they got to the core ...text and music wise (videos on top/ combines all of it.. film. combination of all what you want to express in one) text music and pictures......throughout they reduced and concentrated the essence of being .... human?........its not even abstract anymore...its just pure...or raw...depending i guess
I love the auto tune in this it's used properly and done right.
It's like Till sees all this romanticization of himself within the fanbase, and feels the need to tear that idealization down and give people the truth as he understands it. All with perhaps the tiniest hint of Imposter Syndrome peppered into the mix.
He's not perfect, true, but he's damn good at what he does.
