I like the led next to the mod strip to tell you where it's set and the extra transport controls, but endless encoders would have put this over the top...

Sure but this is better suited to use with a smartphone and SP404MKII. Those other two keyboards are severely limited in this use case. I have the others. I need this for my phone.
im not sure which gear you're talking about. the midi keyboard makes no sound, it controls software the seqtrak is a groovebox with usb audio. you technically do not need an audio interface, but definitely do some research so you have a firm understanding of the role each of these pieces plays.
Dude the video is fine but saying that you can connect this thing via usb midi to other midi usb devices is kinda misleading since this probably doesn't have any host capabilities over usb :S You should try stuff like that before saying this publicly
hi. In this example I'm speaking about connecting the keyboard to the seqtrak via USB - in order to not drain the seqtrak's battery, I can use the power port on the keyboard. The seqtrak can be controlled via USB MIDI. I am directly referring to this use-case. The use-case being demonstrated in the video. I can count a few use-cases where the extra power port would be useful to free up the USB port (think iPad / mobile setups) Not only did I try this before speaking publicly, I spend a lot of time testing gear and planning my videos. I do find it a bit ironic that you recommend I try something before speaking publicly, when you could have tested it yourself before speaking publicly. Also I checked your channel and didn't find any tutorials! Definitely start posting your own if you feel mine are not cutting it!
