@@DrSumitWanjari I am asking because there is a scholarship benefit in state GMCs which is not negligible. Let take a example of gmc Bhopal whose tution fees for 1 year is 110000 almost but the scholarship given is 100000 so the total cost is only 10000 rupees per annum.
