Super 17 definitely needs a custom mentor. The fact he didn’t get one, but omega and baby did is weird.
Also fun fact: electric eclipse bomb has like 8 different names that 17 keeps changing between in each game.

You can add Android 13 to the list of wasted opportunities because... HE NEEDS A CUSTOM MENTOR TOO! I don't understand why Baby has a custom key before them, but Baby also uses Handy Canon and S.S. Deadly Bomber.
Those are attacks Custom Mentor 17 should have along with Super Electric Strike, and Dead End Bullet too.
13 has one of the most annoying unvanishable combos that if it had a high damage variation it’d be so unfun to fight.
@@InsightReasoning That doesn't phase me at all, True, some players would rely on that gimmick however, that doesn't compare to the abundance of players who already play Custom Mentor DLC characters in the most unfun way possible.
Was watching another Super 17 video last night and it, along side this one, reminded me of just how psychotic Super 17 is at times.
Custom mentor? No. The real thing they need to add for Super 17 is his breathy, sensual gasping after absorbing Ki like he does in DB GT. 😆
1:07 why are Ultimate traps still in the game? I wouldn’t say it’s unfair but it’s undeserved damage when used like THIS but they should’ve balanced it like how being frozen no longer means a free stamina break but for Ultimates, it just wouldn’t work at all and goes right through while keeping the person that’s frozen safe if the Ultimate is inescapable once struck.
The GT characters really need more love. Almost all of them got screwed over in this game
Android 17 requires being knowledgeable to use, some versions more than the others, but it's never so simple. I actually really like DBZ 17, but it requires remembering what has a chance to work 70% of the time because his hits are kind of stubby and easy to fall out of. Stamina breaking? Also iffy. I don't mind the handicap, though. He's my favorite character from the anime, so it softens losing with him.

Yeah genuinely the only mentors I was happy to get is Gogeta SSJ4 and Super Baby 2. Not only were the other three mentors folks that didn't need it, but they were somehow lacking in the moves they could have gotten, which makes them even worse.

Till this day....I will NEVER understand why they nerfed the damage of Shocking Death Ball a few patches ago...were japanese players finding that move a problem?...because I'm sure as hell noone complained about that move and it's usage was like...5% of the players in the game. Hell it was probably 1% since people gravitate towards Frieza and the Saiyans movesets over everything else. They buffed Guldo's paralysis Ultimate damage...but NEVER improved it's tracking at all. You also can STILL vanish out of it while Beast Gohan is a unvanishable cutscene like Gogeta. wth please for the love of god, check and inspect ALL your skills and souls for loopholes.

Super 17 is my favorite character in xenoverse 2. I love his combos especially the all heavy combo because he can make it an infinite with a ki stun. Also his all light combo can be block cancelled during any of the flips. Adding in his heavy light heavy can be side stepped out of the 4th hit. But i absolutely wish he got a custom. Super 17 would be so fucking good with some supers that actually did work. I will continue to ask for a custom for super 17 because he would legitimately be a perfect character

Super C17 is one of my main characters. He's really good. I wish he was a costumization character. I would change his super soul first because he can easily do his ultimate attack even without a stamina breaker.
Right!? I would ditch 'Charged Ki Wave' and return him to his XV1 iteration (with Energy Field). Hopefully he has the C18 Super Soul that makes him stronger at max ki. His combo damage is lacking in this one (though his Ultimates didn't connect in 1).

I use DBS and Z 17 just simply because I like his character, my main issue is when DBS 17’s main combo drops if the connection is just a slight bit off or unless I’m in the air. I don’t use Super 17 just because I don’t like how GT did 17 so I’ve kinda always hated that version of him lmao.
Yeah they need to make a brand new xeno or just do a huge update because I’m tired of being decent at the game and I play against another decent person but if they have a character like hit I just get steamrolled

They nerfed his melee damage and his Super Soul is ass, compared to his Z-Soul from 1.
Yo any combo works on xeno you just have to delay your combo inputs so the game can adjust
