Just a heads up, the water purifier is a bit buggy on the second floor in the barn, it works downstairs and if your storage disappears look on the ground floor, another bug that needs fixing.

Yeah they just released it, so I am waiting until they fix the graphics bug. Dude needs to stop upgrading the graphics and work on bugs, graphics were fine in the beta.

I love this barn building. I hope the bugs mentioned by comments in the last vid are fixed quickly (the doors and dresser).

Enjoyed the video. Not want to ruin anything but every time you bring a container back to base..save...saves another long walk. Also..dont know if its a thing but metal scraps are scarce, cant seem to break stuff down like before other than simple beds, chairs and the 2 workbenches you find most of which gives you wood in return. Been walking 10 thousand miles back n forth hauling all the containers i find back to base to save on scrap. Try and kill animals for food or you will run out and 1 piece completely fills you. PPs you can make a plastic bottle in the workbench and use that to fill with water to fill the purifyer Thanks for the entertainment. Look forward to E3.
Being wet vastly increases decay on some items like plates of food, firewood and matches.
The way I found your channel was your old mist series, I adored it, it eas the only series I bothered to go back and watch from the beginning cause it was so interesting, I'm sad it had just stopped one day but im sooooo happy it's back, thanks for all the effort u make amazing videos, especially Voidtrain and that new ghost hunter game

Hey Hey GameEdged! Love that you're playing this marvelous, creepy game again. As far as water is concerned, you are so close to the lake, you can fill that 2.5 gallon white jug up a few times off-camera and fill up the water purifier! Thank goodness you have that one 20-liter bottle (blue bottle) in your stash there. Man, I love this game! RIBBIT!!!
Wouldn't the blue bottle be either 20 oz or at most 2 liter (not 20 liter)? lol :) I'm not sure though, I didn't go back to see the bottle but assumed it was a bottle not the jug which I don't know if that holds 20 liters or not either?
@@msfeistybabe I'm a toad. We don't know math. RIBBIT!!! LOL Makes sense to me. But you are also very right. The blue bottle (when water is inside) holds .75 liters.
@@loadtoad Well that's understandable that toads don't know math. You probably just heard someone say it & repeated it :P hehe :) I just had to ask though, because the thought of carrying around a 20 liter jug... I found out that just trying to juggle 4 bottles of soda that are 2 liter is bad enough lol. The weight is not too bad, but they are slippery (like a toad sometimes :P haha). But 20 liters??! That would be heavy even in one jug!

Finished for the day, and watched your Part 2 lol THE STRUGGLE for water IS REAL!! Had a BLAST!!
I think the thirst issue is a bug the dev posted a list and thirst drain was mentioned and GE if you want a workbench check the second ranger tower back behind the first and theres a workbench already made you were almost there lol
Very happy to see you in Most again. Looks a bit tougher than before. The barn looks great and I think of you fence the bottom doors then them mysteriously opening up won't be a issue. Looking forward to many more episodes, you rock!
Make a chair first GE. Which you can carry to the logging area. You can just sit on it to quickly regain stamina. If its a heavily wooded area, just place some chairs / stools around.

You have to make that barn your home base in order for the doors to stay closed. I don’t know if anyone mentioned this previously, I just saw this video.
To save everyone from making the exact same mistakes - you don't need to put everything on the floor - in the alpha game i was already putting the water purifier in the kitchen on the cooktop or on a bench top. All your chests can go on tables or shelves - remember the Forge comes with a long table? You can store all your chests on top of that and even UNDER the reloading bench. So glad GameEdge uses boxes and suitcases properly - so tired of people unloading lockers and suitcases just to carry the empty case or locker - why?
Another of my pet hates is people who empty the trunk of a car but don't have enough space so start eating all their food and drink to make space - just leave it in the trunk!

I think the bed is best to put on where you stack your log is.. cus you just use it once everyday.. that water thingy can be put outside … while that tool can be put at where the bed is… btw awesome video… keep it coming….
Raincoat have like insulation which makes it very hot and that's probably also the reason why you get thirsty very fast due to hot weather plus with raincoat it's been a long time to see you playing this game anyways great content :)
You can make a cart to store stuff on. Also a special log cart.
Funny stuf is that Edge wanted to find bucket at the start of this video and one actualy spawns on the other side of greenhouse that is below his base

If you crouch you can access the bottom drawers and there's a crate with a revolver back at the store with the hanging shirts behind the counter town with church
Hey, GameEdged, this game is quite fun and has some really neat coming features that we get to see hints of. When out looting grab a chair and take it home with you (or craft one). While doing stamina draining things you carry the chair, pop it down when you need to regen stamina, then sit in it (Rest) for 5 minutes. I think running around with a weapon or tool in your hands raises your body heat. Cheers.
I think you might be able to move that bed and take it if you want it said move when you hovered over it

my game is updating now, havent played it since last year. one thing i did notice in the patch notes is that he re-enabled using an axe on vehicles to obtain scap. one other thing- about bottles- dont know if held over from the old Mist, but you could equip bottles in a weapon slot. then throw them to distract enemies so that you could sneak up on them
That is the mining town you are at ( my base as my saved game stands ) . I wonder what happens If I load in now .
EDIT : I see the car that used to sit there is gone ! Oh no , I had that thing ready for just the motor with gas in it and all . LOL

Hey @GameEdged, if you will search near the backyards of the white buildings of town, you can find a sledgehammer in one of them. Also in the same town, you can find bag slots in a small shed near the green misty house
there is a truck in town close by you an a backpack by the house that has the green mist

I believe you can brake car doors into scrap metal by hitting them , I think any weapon/tool will do it

The only complaint I have with the new update is ammo and guns are too plenty. Don't get me wrong it's nice to find one early on but in my first day on the new update I could outfit an army.
I had to reset the loots on mine to get the loots to show up in the cabins

Have just played Mist myself this afternoon after a longer pause. So your video has perfect timing. Can not remember having seen some buildings in the game which I did see in your video. The barn for example. Do you get updates ahead of time? Or did I just miss it. (I do play the Beta).

This version of the game is on public branch not beta, he switched it up, go to your properties and select NONE for beta, game will start a download for public branch, put kettle on and wait. Happy gaming :)
