I was looking at mansions last month and I came across this one. Honestly, I feel in love with it. I have never really been a type of person to like houses by the beach but this house blows my mind. It is now my dream house, which makes me sad because I would have to make at least 100 mill a year to be able to afford a house like this. :(

well you'd need to be better with money at least. 10 mill a year would be more than plenty and even a million a year would put you in a position to invest so much that you would quickly be in a position to make 5 a year and then you are pretty much there. I would not pay 50 for this though, it might sell for 25. In my book, it's significantly overpriced, particularly being out in nowhere.

This house is something else. Beautiful land, ocean view Wow, quality material everywhere, dry sauna, wet sauna everything you could want is there. Of course some may complain that there is no bowling alley...🧡💛

Really felt like the developers should’ve build a rooftop deck on this one(common in high end malibu mansions). Just by looking at the drone shots you can tell they made the roof clean as hell and the configuration of the property is perfect for one. Missed opportunity.
