can you make a video on THE CZcams about your journey going from a BioMedical engineer to a BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER PLUS a student in medical school IM SOO INTRIGUED. PLZZ
Hi Megan, I sent an email your way with no response. I'm a structural biology/biochem PhD student that does about three quarters computational work (HPC, AlphaFold screening, and MD simulations) and one quarter experimental structural biology (primarily cryo-EM). My background involves MD using YASARA, but my employment history has been experimental biochem (with some access to structural biology such as setting up crystal trays and cryo-EM grids).
Would prefer if you responded to my email which gives more detail. But, if not, what advice do you have for someone with my background that wants to pursue computational structural biology or chemistry in industry or even academia?
