I bought my 20x10 pop up tents for $135 each and rent for $200 plus gas. I don't allow people to set them up themselves because they don't take care of them. We set them up because they are easy to break. I have 2 customers that are event planners and they booked me almost every Saturday. I am going to get 2 pink pop up tents because i can rent them for money and little girl parties and baby showers will keep them booked.
I rent tablecloths for $10 and hate cleaning. I started charging a cleaning fee. I hate renting chair covers. They come back with small holes in them. I am appreciative to have all of my linen because they make me alot of money. i use monday to wash and it literally takes me all day. Thinking about getting a 2nd washing machine.
@@TheRentalJourney I wish I could do that. The rental companies around me charge $12 per tablecloth. I charge $10. How much does subleasing linen cost in your area?
@@kayionhamm8925 I charge $2. I would go up to $3. I charge $1 for chair sashes, napkins, and table runners. I charge $5 for sequin overlays and $3 for sequin table runners. I charge $25 for cake stands.
I charge $3 for my chairs and $10 for my tables. I never understand how anyone can make money off $1 and $1.50 per chair. I buy mine used for $3 to $5. Maybe Canada and Virginia, USA people expect certain prices.
I charge $8 dollars for 6 foot tables but I think I'm Overpricing the Chairs for $6 I just had my 4th Rental on Tables and chairs I guess I'll stick with those prices until I see the outcome .
Question: is it possible to take yourself out of the equation a bit by hiring people to deliver, set up, break down, and return items, as well as handling maintenance, all while still staying profitable?

I hate renting chair covers too. So I’m upping my price on them. What would you suggest I charge.

Sure.

Not to mention that's US currency! Love me some of those bills! Canadian Dollars been going down slowly forever!
Nice hair cut 💇♂️
Thank you Sir!
Do you have a video about how to clean and store and pack and ship plates and glassware?
Good idea!

Yes definitely. As our business gets bigger I end up working more on the business rather than in the business.
Thanks for the video. Very informative. And that 💇🏻♂️. You’re prob the only person who has a haircut right now. Is your mistress a hair dresser?
Thanks! The hair only looks good with gel. With no gel it's surprisingly bad. (:
how fair is your laundry guy?
For 8ft banquet he was charging $3! Which I think is awesome. All folded and ready for client.
Do you rent them per hour or day?
Per day.
Who is this? I don't recognize you with a new hairstyle
haha!
