It’s a big house for only 3 bedrooms, but it lives small due to lots of wasted space. A house at that price point should have a soaker tub and car wash size shower in the primary bath. The pantry seemed more an afterthought (oops we forgot one - stick it in the laundry). The garage is huge, but looks like it was designed by another architect and attached to the low country style main house. It has lots of potential, but needs a rethink on space usage.
Nice to see Liberty homes understands that no one wants their master closet in their master bathroom. The closets being before the bathroom for once is nice too see. Too many of these high end homes have builders that try to design as well and make bonehead decisions
When you walked into this home, I was like WOW. This is the one! As you moved into the kitchen, I was like "Well, I guess that's ok.". Became more and more disappointed until last bedroom. I would upgrade the bathroom as you suggested but overall, well....
If I had the need for such a large home, this is really an interesting layout; and definitely Not a cookie cutter! That entry, living room/kitchen decor and colors are absolutely gorgeous. It IS a "WOW"! I agree with someone below that carrying the color and decor downstairs into the upper floor would be extra nice. :) Thanks for sharing this!
This is a beautiful design! I definitely wouldn't want the pantry in the laundry room, though. The master bath deserves that tub, not the second bath! Plenty of storage! ❤❤❤

I would remove microwave and oven from wall and make a hidden pantry in that space.

The 3 seasons room isn't that since it has heating and cooling vents in the ceiling for year round use.
Prefer a divider for the pantry or a separation.
i would def put a hot tub in that seasonal room.
I love the colours in the home but I would continue it into the bathrooms to make it feel like I’m on the beach and the ocean in front ❤of me
Timothy?? The only thing that I don't like about this house 🏡🏡 is the color!! Otherwise?! Its a nice home 🏡🏡!! It has lots of features and designs. The Rooms are open, big, spacious and cozy!! The Kitchen is just fabulous!! The Laundry Room is just beautiful!! And The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very pretty!! Thank You for sharing this with us!!😊😊😊
This place is okay.
I'd want a larger Guest Coat Closet in the Foyer...easy to fix, that study does not need the huge closet, take part of it to add to the Guest Closet.
For nearly $900K this place should have a Powder Room. What I would want done is take the tub out of that existing Bathroom. Give part of that space to the larger Master Closet. The rest of the area where the tub was could be a linen closet. There you go, a Powder Room. Then have about a 6' bump out added to where the Mater Bathroom is and to the front Bedroom. Make a Wet Room with tub in the Master Bathroom. Off that front Bedroom the added space could be made an ensuite for it.
I don't care for the second floor rooms. Give me a nice Basement instead.
I absolutely really love this place. The only thing I don't like about this place is having pantry and laundry together. Still no tub in the ensuite. I would have to rate this place a 6½. Like you just said said, I would make that one room a master bedroom because of the balcony. Or, I would somehow section the other room into 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. I also love the built-ins and how that wall with the window.
All that money for a small master bedroom and you don't get a tub. Nothing wow'd me about any of there homes. By far the tours of infinity homes is the prime idea of what a home at this price or more should be.

Hey Ann! It was something new we were trying and based off analytics only a very small percentage stuck around for it. Its a trial and error thing. We are always testing. We will find a way to do it that works 😉

I'd rather have a separate pantry but this isn't necessarily a deal breaker
