Kourosh Yaghmaei performs "Dokhtare Delkhasteye Shahr" or "The Heartbroken Town Girl." This video partially combines both videos of him performing the song into one. The audio is synced up to the Back from the Brink version's audio with an edited intro fitted in from the videos.

I think its a multiscale. For like semitones you know arabic and farsi have more tones in between than western scales have.
