Hey that’s totally normal, you won’t have planets in all your houses. Each sign is ruled by a planet or planets, when you want to look at the ruling planet of a house you look at the planet that rules the sign on your house cusp e.g. Libra rising- planetary ruler is Venus or Aquarius rising- planetary ruler is Saturn & Uranus.
