    What affects your salary also are your performance on 1) technical assessment COMPLETION and 2) technical assessment panel interview DELIVERY, as well as your ability to DEFEND your code before the panel of developers. You also can negotiate. Even if you live in the middle of nowhere, having 19x Salesforce certs can help you instantly negotiate thousands of dollars on salary base. Make sure you also get a bonus based on performance, and remember to inquire regarding a signing bonus. This is all relevant to my actual experience in the US. I’m your salary base negotiation, bring up if you have an MBA, if you’re an ALL star ranger, if you completed trails specific to the job, if you have AI and Dara Cloud skills - bring it all up to negotiate salary if the recruiter tells you you got raving reviews at your countless interview rounds.

    I’m enrolled in free California community college for SF admin. Do you think that is the best path?
    Or should I also do App Development & Developer 1?

      Hi there, everybody's Salesforce learning path is so different, so working out which is best for is sometimes a learning curve!
