The best all-nighters are pulled with friends! I'll never forget when my friends and I finished all our work at about 6-7am and were wondering whether to go out for breakfast. We ended up taking an early morning walk/crazed ramble to kill time before the dining hall opened. When we got back, we wanted to ride one of the many locked-up bikes in front of RGG and miraculously found an unlocked bike. Deliriously riding that bike around the front of RGG as the sun rose is one of my favorite memories of undergrad haha.

Haha, my own experience with all-nighters tells me that it only works in the following scenario: say I need to write a 15-20 page paper and after a few days of research and thinking I basically have a full sketch of the paper in mind, then I just sit there and write out the entire paper in one sitting (with food breaks that are absolutely necessary, phones off, absolutely no distraction) - that was how I finished my paper on Richard Strauss's Four Last Songs - took me like 20 hours, from 10am to 6am the next day, absolutely worth it, haha😊😁

Hi Makayla! Here's a contact lens removing tip: when your eyes are dry, drop some wetting solution into them before you try to take the lens out. Works so much better! I've worn contacts for over 40 years and I honestly only figured this out a few years ago!
