not sure if weights are accurate, I doubt but there are old wrestling traditions here in gujranwala , generations and relatives of Great Gama phelwan , I think his grand kid who defeated Japanese Inoki , they train from old ways you can research its interesting there drills and ther bodies are deceiving, not like builders bulging yet very strong muscle layers fibers and thick .

Man that one, that one, 170 kg, almost 4 plates, 405, handled in what we call inefficient manner, is just completely insane, not only farmer strength are real but this is insane stability and mobility, the fact that he squats it mostly on one leg down , come on man just sick

if that is amazing then watchout another sports from rural Pakistan the real slap fight being city guy who seldom visits our rural areas such sports like stone liting and slap fights is comepltely alien for me those farmers are strong and they show their own ways who is stronger czcams.com/video/AQ3PN7oSwZM/video.html

A Pakistani here. Read with patience.
Trust me it feels so unbelievable to you but nobody knows these guys. Even they aren't full time lifters. The strgenth pride had always been in sub continent that even these stints are very normal to them. Like common man can't be amused. They only cheer cricket as any other sport is meaningless to them.
Your eyes popped out after seeing this. But one have to be ignorant enough to see this and don't give a shit. That's the harsh truth of here.
