iirc he is using 1.1 or 1 on 1800dpi
edit; yeah 1, it's in his descriptions of all of his vids
Switched to mnk from roller, changed dpi and sens at the start, but was horrible at aiming, so i changed everything back and used the dpi i would use outside gaming wich is just 800, problem was mouse space with what feels like a slow sens so i got myself enough room and im telling you it was the best thing i ever did
The 'slow' sensitivity felt faster because i got more space for my mouse to slide across, generally, you should use the dpi you are used 2 and it all makes perfect sense, you kinda aim while doing daily tasks to begin with so why not keep it that way
there is no best sensitivity. just pick one that works and put a lot of hours on it and it'll be muscle memory

4:00 how does timmy do that grapple on the ground and he goes way up. Cant seem to do it on firing range.
There’s a video on pathfinder grapples. I think the trick is you’re supposed to “jump” right as the grapple hits the ground, and then do the arc motion to get the distance
take 1 step back and press jump as soon as your grapple hit the ground
