what a beautiful border collie and that lil dollie Jerry, both are precious ty for sharing this darling story, I am on my fourth border collie, there is just no way not to fall in love with not only their beauty, but also their intelligence and sweetness the beautiful Sola looks a lot my my baby, almost exactly the same, couldn't stop laughing the way lil nugget as running after and smacking Sola and the way Sola was running away, not nice Sola was very attentive to kitten when first brought home

Border Collies are really great dogs, but they are also super smart. I like them a lot, but I'm not a well suited owner for them. I had something like 6 of them that I fostered. I prefer a slightly stupider dog, so I ended up with Samoyeds. They are quite intelligent as well, and have their own problems, they shed a ridiculous amount but if you can deal with that, they are very cute and have wonderful personalities.
My border collie had such a strong mothering instinct. Sola is such a beautiful spirit x

With his congestion it is hard to eat, I'm a grown man and it nearly killed me last year, it actually stopped me swallowing my food and I went down too 112 pound with 7.5 days in hospital. So I hope you can clear this little cats congestion away.The dogs are also beautiful and very concerned, Bless you all.

I've always loved these sheep dog types. We lived in the country when my son was growing up and had geese, ducks, chickens, a couple of lambs for a while, a rabbi, etc. I so recognize Sola's expression! Our Aussie / border collie mix followed us from pen to pen every evening with that same look on his face. Any animal we brought home became part of his herd, and he took his responsibility for their well being very seriously. Wonderful!

From the uk. Have an Irish rescue collie and look after my nieces farm dog while she is studying to be a vet at University. These dogs are full on intelligent, active, loving, protective and caring. Brilliant breed of dogs.

Pukk,my 4 years old female dog once helped a (young-) cat giving berth to kittens!!!..... the stray cat came in the middle of the night to my open camper.... the cat knew she could trust my dog,and my dog instantly understood the situation and what to do!!!
Me and my other dog watched from the bed in awe how the kittens were born and carefully cleaned by her.....

Border collies are truly the loveliest dogs they got.
My first two dogs were border collies. Every time I look in another one's eyes, I just start crying because they are so amazing.
I had two border collies growing up and a Border/Dalmatian/labrador cross now (father pure border, mother lab/Dalmatian cross)
Best dogs in the whole world and no one will ever change my mind on that! They do need LOTS of physical and mental exercise,though.
JUST BY WATCHING HOW YOU HOLD THAT KITTEN I CAN TELL, YOU HAVE ANGEL HANDS, GOD BLESSED YOU ALREADY, PEOPLE AND ANIMALS AROUND YOU HAVE TO BE THANKFUL TO HAVE YOU AROUND.
