I read a post from one of the audience member who were present at the time. Her post said something to the followings effect: when RuPaul said "you knew what you were getting into", Dimash responded by saying: "I respectfully remind that when i signed up, I asked whether I would be competing against children and I was told that I wouldn't. That was a precondition for me the agree to participate in this competition. This is my favorite stage and my favorite audience. It was an honour to have been able to perform here for you" Unfortunality TWB chose not to air this part
Of course they wouldn't air it because that statement alone would put The World's Best management in HOT WATER. It is a direct statement that Dimash was LIED to so that he will sign on for the show. From what I also gather, the contestants are NOT ALLOWED to talk to each other nor watch any of their competitors until the day they face off. Also, there was an interview with Daneliya wherein she found out deep into the competition that her countryman Dimash was also in the competition. But since they are not allowed to see or talk to one another, she was no even able to pop in and say hi.

Dimash has more class and integrity in his little finger than Ru Paul has in his entire body or ever will have. I am an American and am disgusted by the behavior the "judges" exhibited. Dimash could have just not shown up, but he came out and explained why he was leaving the competition. They chopped up his songs, then had him compete --- unbeknownst to him --- against young children, which is not something done in his culture. I applaud Dimash. My respect and admiration for him has only been elevated by his actions.

This is not Dimash's mistake. And this is not a disrespect for the competition. This is a mistake of the organizers who made adults, formed performers compete with children. And it really is in our culture. Victory, of course, desirable. But to win, defeating a child?! .. I understand Dimash: it's just below his dignity. Will the world boxing champion be happy with victory if in the final match he will be confronted by an inept teenager? Is there really no worthy rival for Dimash in the entire huge world ?! Only children? ..

There is this issue that before Dimash signed up for The World's Best, he asked if he will be competing with children. They told him he was not going to compete with kids so he signed on. OBVIOUSLY THEY LIED. They edited out the portion where Ru Paul said he knew what he was getting into. He denounced this saying he was made to understand he was not going to compete with children and yet he was being made to compete with two remaining children in the act, Daneliya (Kazakhstan) and Lydian (India).
THEY LIED TO HIM. For me personally, he is a CLASS ACT. They probably thought that waving the $1Million pot is enough for a GOOD MAN to sacrifice his principles. THEY WERE WRONG! He'd gladly sacrifice himself rather than CRUSH the dreams of children. That to me makes him not only a Superstar but a great human being and artist.
GOOD LUCK The World's Best. You have made a laughing stock of talented people for the last time. Talent without principle or conscience is NOTHING! Be happy and content with your "manufactured" music aided by technology. Hi from Kazakhstan. Yes, he can play the piano and very well. Here his performance was edited very awfully, but it was still cool as you said. He talks about Daneliya and Lydian from India. He gave him a chance to win, and he was right. Lydian won the show. If there were no kids, Dimash would win the World's Best. But all of us know that he is the best of the best!!!!

Alarie Tennille, of course you are right. We often judge very quickly the entire country or continent. I know so many awesome great Americans, willing to help, really. So, I think you don’t have to worry. But it’s a very powerful country with a lot of influence. Maybe that’s why it’s even more important to keep an eye on it.

I think the 3 key changes you mean is Opera 2 and not Adagio. Sadly, we won't be able to see Dimash sing Opera 2 again.

Dimash probably didn't want to put these kids in the same situation as the TNT boys when they were eliminated. It's not fair to have these kids compete with adults. It's disheartening to see them as they get eliminated.

Ovela he is not talking about tnt kids. He is talking about Lydian and Daneliya (2 amazing kids). See he was categorized to compete in music solo with 2 kids. Well I salute Dimash bec he has shown humility. The problem with the world's best is that how they categorize the talents were not good. You see in "Got Talent" shows they do not Categorize it thats why the best of best were left to compete. I feel Dimash. He can play piano like pro. He won piano playing competition at the age of 6. He can play 7 musical instuments. That was Opera2 where he goes higher and higher. No they are not Tnt Boys , they are Danaila and Lydian with whom he had to compete with in this round. And Danaila belongs to his country. And he asked them whether there will be children and they said 'No'
Please do not judge all of us Americans for the low class nature of Rupaul and the greed that permeated the entire show! I love and respect Dimash, as much for who he is as I do for his performing abilities, and am appalled at the disrespectful ways he was treated. Dimash is one class act!!!!!!

I love Dimash!!! So much love and respect to Dimash. You see not all people who competes are just into winning. Some are just happy and proud to be able to to share their talents on a stage such as the TWB.
It was Daneliya Tuleshova and Lidian(who ended up winning) but Dimash would have stepped down if he had to go against the TNT boys because he said he doesn't want to compete against kids.
they cut the song Dimash Adagio more than half, but we know perfomance Dimash is amazing and i am very proud and also respect him, my love for him has increased.😊

I really liked how James Corden handled it, Dimash is indeed such a classy man and what he did was a slap in the face to the judges since, as we all well remember, when The TNT Boys were eliminated, one of the judges said they had to "go maturity" when they voted for Naturally 7. So Dimash did what? Actually go with maturity and leave! 😂😂😂 His decision was so thoughtful because he was thinking about the dreams of those two kids Daneliya and Lydian. Anyway, I love him so much and I love you Ovela. Keep it up!

I am really surprised you don't know he plays piano. He played the piano in The Singer 2017 while performing this same song Adagio. This song was heavily edited and only showed 2 % of the whole version. A 7 minute down to less than 2 minutes. He did the second modulation. alright. What a shame. Yes everybody was shocked of his unexpected departure. He stepped out to pave the way to the 2 young children to shine. ( Danelya and Lydian). He never wanted to compete against children. He apparently asked if there were children involved and said NO. So they lied to him and has the right to leave the competition. Thank you for your support to Dimash.

Things are changing. Competition is o.k. but not in every case. The standards for Dimash are on a much higher level. And he has the right to follow his morals and belives. Otherwise we are just puppets and everybody can manipulate with us for some kind of reward. You can’t buy everything with money. He is such a beautiful soul.

He plays the piano since he was 5, along with dombra. He has awards on his piano skills. You've heard and seen him playing the piano when he sang Adagio at The Singer. And this time you couldn't hear it because the performance was cut to 30 seconds, which is more than ridiculous! The song you're talking about is Opera 2, where he goes higher and higher. Dude, you've mixed up everything lol!! But I actually like your reactions a lot.
Btw his voice doesn't get strained because he is a mater of his voice and he is in charge all the time. When you have the right technique, you don't get strained. And Dimash has that. So don't worry lol.

As an American, I was embarrassed and ashamed the US judges' reaction. It was so disrespectful of Dimash's country's culture and wishes. At least the judge from his country responded with "respectfully disagreed" with the judges. Kudos for Dimash for staying cool and defended his reasoning for bowing out gracefully. Dimash fan even more.
He is the most talented artist in the World with the most beautiful soul and high moral principle. Huge respect to Dimash. Love him even more. He did well.

Oh yeah...Dimash meant the 2 beautiful little children, Lyndian frm India and Danilya frm Kazakhstan. He was in the same group, "fighting" against those children. And why the judge frm Kazakhstan said, "it's our culture"?.. it is because in Kazakhs culture, the adult must always give way to little ones to blossom. Dimash really embraces this. Beautiful, isnt it? Dimash was raised right! Btw, im a new subscriber...really love your reaction! Oh yeah, in the end, Lyndian frm India won. Surprised you didn't know Dimash plays piano. In his Adagio performance on "I Am Singer", you can see and hear him play piano. Also, something some may not know, one of Dimash's first competitions was when he was 6 and he played the piano - he won.
Dimash wasn't talking about the TNT kids in this instance. He was referring to the 2 young kids he'd have to go against, Daneliya and Lyndian.
