Bro I feel like bending or stretching too much to reach the handle bar with appropriate seat height. Long distance la shoulder la pain varthu. Can I raise handle bar to adjust to a bit upright position or get used to current position?

This is the crucial step for cycling. One more suggestion anna . After setting up saddle height its better to have to mark on the stem. With out our knowledge the saddle tend move down based on dents on the road . I ended up having wrong saddle height and suffered pain.
