1.This PET bottle recycling line is used for crushing,washing and drying the used PET bottle flakes.
2.This PET bottle recycling line can be made by customer’s requirement and according to customer’s material condition.The capacity can be designed by customer’s requirement from 500-3000kg/h.
3.The flakes get from this line can be used for producing 2-D or 3-D PSF,straps,sheet and ect.
4.This PET bottle recycling line is consist of the following machines:Debaler,trammel,label remover,manual sorting table,metal detector,crusher,hot washer,floating tank,drier,label blower ,hopper and electric cabinet.
5.This line is used for crushing,washing and drying PET bottles.This video was made in our factory without washing detergent and hot water ,so the finished flakes are not very clean.After using detergent and hot water ,you will get perfect PET flakes .If you need more information ,please contact with me !
