Freemasons Bible says! Even though we kill you and hurt all you love, do nothing back to us.
Don't take back from us what we stole from you in the first place.
Take all our pain and suffering because when your dead you'll go to heaven.
I'm not saying the bible is full of Lies but be careful and remember who wrote them book's.
"An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" says God.
But god slaughtered 26 million souls in the bible not including the great flood and Satan killed 9 people because God told him to.
Psalm 137:8:9 God says to dash babies heads open with a rock while feeling happy.
God takes credit for all rape and threatens molestation.
God says it's ok to beat your slave as long as they don't die within 38 hours.
God asks for the sacrifice of your only daughter.
God sets out a bear to mule infant children because they called a man baldy.
God says it's ok to kill a woman if she grabs a man between the legs.
God wipes out an entire City because he don't like their race.

God Bless Pastor Piper. It takes real courage to preach this message. Many holy people have been persecuted over the centuries for speaking their truth. The 1st Amendment is to protect free speach not popular speach, if you simply stay quiet on important issues or go along with majority opinion... you don't need any legal protection. It reminds me to think of how fearless and strong Jesus The Messiah was. I live in Hawaii where Saint Damien gave his life to protect lepers and help them die with more dignity and grace than they would have in a society that had turned its back on them and left them isolated in a place THEY COULD NOT ESCAPE OR GET WHAT THEY NEEDED TO LIVE WITH ANY HOPE AT ALL IN. Thank You. Bless You. Peace be with you.

Listening to this is extremely humbling... to the point of questioning whether we should ever invoke the vengeance of God... while it does anger us when we're done wrong and we know the person doing the wrong is fully cognizant of their lies, their deceptions as they plotted our demise, their very plans being wicked in nature, and after they've carried out their wicked plans they appear to truly be joyous that they were able to inflict injury, pain and suffering... in addition to including others in their deeds of evil intent, their plans to wreak havoc on our lives... but, herein lies the cognitive dissonance.... we were just as guilty of sin as they are and yet Christ bore our sin on that curse tree... in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for the ungodly, that's us, that's me. I want vengeance because my flesh craves justice for me, yet I want forgiveness and pardon wherein in concerns my wrongs... hypocrisy??? I'm steeped in it everytime the words retaliation escapes my lips, yet I want for my enemies that very thing, the wrath of God. At the end of my circle of bouncing around those thoughts in my head I can't help but fall to my proverbial knees and smote my chest, seeking Christ favor to forgive me and help me to forgive my enemies... to embrace that is true crucifixion of my flesh and I have to repeatedly hang those thoughts of hypocritical justice everytime I think of being unjustly hurt. Paul explains it in his comment of Romans 7:24 KJV - O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

The lake of fire is the final destination
It’s where the fallen angels and unrepentant humans will be punished and then destroyed
There are three views on “Hell” which is actually the “Lake of fire” not “Hell”
      1. Traditionalism (conscious eternal suffering)
      2. Conditionalism/Annihilation (the wicked get destroyed after their sins had been paid for by their torment)
      2. Universalism (unrepentant get saved after their torment)
      • • •
I subscribe to the 2 view
Try to read these verses with the second view in mind:
      Matthew 10:28 ESV
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can *destroy* _both soul and body in hell._
Note: Hell here is in Hebrew Gehenna (Valley of the son of Hinnom)
      From Strong’s Greek 1067:
Gehenna, a valley west and South of Jerusalem, also a symbolic name for the final place of punishment of the ungodly
      Jude 1:7 ESV
Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of _eternal fire._
Note: here you see the fire that destroyed sodom and Gomorrah being described as an eternal fire, that means _final fire._ As you can find out, Sodom and Gomorrah are not still burning with eternal fire.
      2 Thessalonians 1:9 ESV
They will suffer the _punishment of eternal destruction,_ away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might,
Note: here you can see that the destruction, which is the punishment, is eternal a.k.a final.
From the presence of the Lord: the Lord can see everything, so _away from the presence of the Lord_ means they will cease to exist.
      Matthew 25:46 ESV
And these will go away into _eternal punishment,_ but the righteous into eternal life.”
Note: again here we can read that the punishment for the unsaved is eternal, final. They will not inherit eternal life.
*Only God possess immortality: 1 Timothy **6:16** ESV*
      It reads:
_Who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To him be honor and eternal dominion. Amen._
*Jesus gifts us the gift of immortality, if we persevere till the end: 2 Timothy **1:10** ESV*
_And which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel_
      Also in
      Romans 2:7 ESV
_To those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life_
So basically the gift of the Lord Jesus to the saints is immortality (eternal life).
Whereas the unrepentant will receive: (verse 8)
_but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury._
      So two outcomes:
      • immortality, eternal life
      • wrath and fury, eternal destruction, eternal punishment
      Romans 6:23 ESV
For the wages of sin is _death,_ but the free gift of God is _eternal life_ in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Note: Again either death or eternal life. Simple as it reads, try not to read into the text preconceived motions and ideas.
      John 3:16 ESV
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not *perish* but have eternal life.
Note: Strong’s Greek 622 definition for _apollumi_ which is Greek for perish is: to destroy, to destroy utterly.
      HELPS Word-studies
622 apóllymi (from 575 /apó, "away from," which intensifies ollymi, "to destroy") - *properly, fully destroy, cutting off entirely* (note the force of the prefix, 575 /apó).
622 /apóllymi ("violently/completely perish") implies _permanent (absolute) destruction, i.e. to cancel out (remove);_ "to die, with the implication of ruin and destruction" (L & N, 1, 23.106); cause to be lost (utterly perish) by experiencing a miserable end.
      Matthew 25:41 ESV
“Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the *eternal fire* prepared for the devil and his angels.
Note: eternal fire, same one described in Jude 1:7 which destroys entirely.
      So now we have seen:
      1. to destroy in Gehenna,
      2. undergo a punishment of eternal (final) fire,
      3. suffer the punishment of eternal (final) destruction,
      4. go into eternal (final) punishment,
      5. wrath and fury,
      6. death,
      7. perish,
      8. depart into the eternal (final) fire, like the eternal (final) fires upon Sodom and Gomorrah.
      Revelation 21:8 ESV
But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
Note: it says explicitly here _The second death_
So we have the first death of the fallen angels: physically lost their spiritual bodies (in heaven), second death: spiritual.
As for the fallen humans, we have the first death: spiritual (in garden eden) then physical (end of life on earth), second death: spiritual (in the lake of fire).
      Revelation 20:10 ESV
And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
      HELPS Word-studies
928 basanízō (from 931 /básanos, "a tormenting trial") - properly, to examine (literally by using torture).
      1. properly, to test (metals) by the touchstone.
      2. to question by applying torture.
      3. to torture (2 Macc. 7:13); hence,
      4. universally, to vex with grievous pains (of body or mind), to torment: τινα, Matthew 8:29; Mark 5:7; Luke 8:28; 2 Peter 2:8; Revelation 11:10; passively, Matthew 8:6; Revelation 9:5; Revelation 20:10; of the pains of childbirth, Revelation 12:2 (cf. Anthol. 2, p. 205, Jacobs edition); with ἐν and the dative of the material in which one is tormented, Revelation 14:10.
      5. Passive to be harassed, distressed; of those who at sea are struggling with a head wind, Mark 6:48; of a ship tossed by the waves, Matthew 14:24. (In Greek writings from Herodotus down. Often in O. T. Apocrypha.)
Note: Revelation 20:10 is a poetic play on Isaiah 34, which reads as follows:
And the streams of Edom shall be turned into pitch,
      and her soil into *_sulfur;_*
her land shall become *_burning_* pitch.
      _Night and day_ it shall not be quenched;
its *smoke* shall go up forever.
      From generation to generation it shall lie waste;
none shall pass through it _forever and ever._
      Revelation 14:11 ESV
… he will be tormented with *_fire_* and *_sulfur_* … And the *smoke* of their torment goes up _forever and ever,_ and they have no rest, _day or night,_ these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”
Note: It’s a 1:1 transport of imagery from Isaiah 34, regarding Edom.
We read from Ellicott's Commentary for English Readers:
The imagery of the punishment which is to fall on Edom is suggested partly by the scenery of the Dead Sea, partly by the volcanic character of Edom itself, with its extinct craters and streams of lava. (Comp. Jeremiah 49:18.) The prophet sees the destruction, as continuing not merely in its results, but in its process, the smoke of the burning craters rising up perpetually, and making the land uninhabitable.
      Matthew Poole's Commentary:
The streams, which seem most secure from this danger, and much more the land. Idumea shall be dealt with as Sodom and Gomorrah were, even utterly destroyed, as it were, by fire, or burning pitch and brimstone thrown down upon it from heaven.
      Revelation 20:14 ESV
Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
Note: So now we have death and Hades (hell) being thrown into the second death.
So _first death_ being thrown into the _second death_ and *Hades* being thrown into the _second death._
So the conclusion is: there will be no more need for Hades, which is a collection place for physically dead souls, because they would have passed through the physical death (first death) and going to the lake of fire to experience the second death. (Spiritual death)
Wider image: eternal life for the saved on the new earth, eternal destruction for the unrepentant dead; for wrath and fury was unto them, and the eternal fire that consumed Sodom and Gomorrah, fell upon them, turning them into ashes.
      * * *
The Great Day of the LORD
      Malachi 4
1 “For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, when all the arrogant and all evildoers will be stubble. The day that is coming shall set them ablaze, says the LORD of hosts, so that it will leave them neither root nor branch. 2 But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall. 3 *And you shall tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet, on the day when I act, says the LORD of hosts.*
      4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the statutes and rules that I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel. {10 commandments: including the sabbath com.}
      5 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. 6 And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.”{Luke 10:17: And he will go on before the Lord in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous-to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”}

If we have to leave our justice to the "wrath of God"; but all Christians ask God to "Oh Lord rebuke me not in Your anger, nor discipline me in Your wrath"; then all Christians avoid that wrath of God. That infuriates me, because there are "Christians" who are always asking God for forgiveness, but always hurting others, putting others down, and never even acknowledging it- but its okay because they believe God is going to forgive them. Revelation 18:4-7
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
God tells his people in Revelation to repay torment and sorrow on their enemies.

I am explaining from the Bible:
      _Night and day_ it shall not be quenched;
its *smoke* shall go up forever.
      From generation to generation it shall lie waste;
none shall pass through it _forever and ever._
      * * *
      4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the statutes and rules that I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel. {10 commandments: including the sabbath com.}
      5 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. 6 And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.”{Luke 10:17: And he will go on before the Lord in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous-to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”}

This was a fantastic and very descriptive teaching of God's Wrath when it comes to vengeance,, for it is true that I have been recently wronged and I most certainly would love to seek revenge personally,, by watching this insightful video reinforces and extends my patients and most importantly knowing Vengeance Belongs to the Lord,,, the one minor issue I do have with this pastor as a Catholic I see that he does not identify as a priest,, but understand that he is one of God's teachers how Christians have been divided into segments,, I asked all of my fellow Christians first of all do we believe in God and that he sent us his son Jesus Christ as a sacrifice to mankind to forgive us for our sins? I would say yes
Do all Christians believe that Jesus Christ birthday is on December 25th as we observe Christmas as his birth? Again I would say yes lastly do we believe that Christ was crucified on a Friday and he rose again to be with his father on Easter Sunday? Absolutely yes,, so why is there such divisions amongst Christians no congregation,no one perish supersedes the other we are all equal under the eyes of God... there's one minor issue I have with this I will call him Reverend? With absolutely no disrespect please understand,, I believe on two occasions in this video refer to your congregation as you in regards to sin,, please all due respect Reverend, you said that twice to us that were not only in your presence but those of us who watched this video,, I think what word should have been used instead of YOU should've been WE !!!!! Or Reverend are you able to cast the first stone as Jesus implied? Please understand this is not attempting to be disrespectful.. however WE are ALL far from perfect. Again I did enjoy this video and most certainly accepted the message and for a fact it calmed my Restless Heart in mind

      _Night and day_ it shall not be quenched;
its *smoke* shall go up forever.
      From generation to generation it shall lie waste;
none shall pass through it _forever and ever._
      * * *
      4 “Remember the law of my servant Moses, the statutes and rules that I commanded him at Horeb for all Israel. {10 commandments: including the sabbath com.}
      5 “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. 6 And he will turn the hearts of fathers to their children and the hearts of children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the land with a decree of utter destruction.”{Luke 10:17: And he will go on before the Lord in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous-to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”}
      Amen.

We were born with a condition, sin. To be blunt dead, dead in our sin. God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ did an amazing thing out of love not wishing this on anyone. While we were yet sinners Christ died for us. He did this so that we may live not just now but with Him for eternity. The rejection of this incredible and undeserving gift results in judgement. We deserve judgement because we are guilty. We have fallen short and have no other way but by and through the blood, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I pray you read the Bible for yourself and find the amazing love you are searching for. Its there, its free, and greater than any other :)

Have you ever seen Jacob's ladder? That is what I imagine hell to be like. Fire is respite from mental torment and eternal anguish over and over and over and over. Fire is consistent and you know what to expect. I think that fire is less than Jacob's ladder. I've been burned bad - it sucks - but I think that when Jesus talks about fire and the symbolic language he is talking about the deepest sins of our lives and delivering a reciprocated and just punishment in accordance with your sins. Not just fire - but false memories, insanity, mania, deep depression, weeping and gnashing of teeth, horrible horrible things. Jesus spoke in parables for wise men to hear and parables are not necessarily meant to be taken 100% literally at face value alone - otherwise you miss the mark. There is an implied hell that is WORSE than fire and sulfur alone but for the sake of language fire and sulfur make a very good figure of speech to get the idea across.

Then he will return the kingdom back to the father. This is the beginning of the kingdom of God and the end. The dad will be raised and judged by the Catholic saints. Most people will be left on Earth while the best people and the glory of the Nations will be taken to a New Earth. Everybody gets to be immortal it's just a matter of where you spend it.

JESUS TAUGHT THAT JUSTICE IS BAD, BECAUSE GOD IS NOT JUST BUT ALL-FORGIVING!
It is so important to understand what Jesus said about the nature of God and "justice," which is just another way of saying "revenge": That God is NOT vindictive, NOT "just"!
In Matthew 5:38-48, Jesus explained that "one eye for one eye," was just a stop-gap measure, a way to LIMIT man's evil so he wouldn't take TEN EYES for one eye! BUT, what God REALLY WANTS, is for us to imitate HIM! To not seek revenge at all!
Now, is there a bad repercussion to sin (assuming one understands that "sin" is hurting people)? Yes, of course! But it's not that God brings even more suffering to those who cause it! No, instead, when people causes others to suffer, but also to THEMSELVES!
Those who do bad things are deceived! Whatever small amount of pleasure they get from doing bad things to others quickly evaporates, and their empty souls are just that much deeper a chasm that can never be filled!
By contrast, the Good News is that everyone, no matter how bad you've been, is within the reach of God's love and forgiveness! In fact, God loves and forgives everyone ALREADY! There is only one difference--some people have realized (believed) this and others have not YET realized it!
Therefore, the true believer in Jesus (or maybe we should say REALIZER) has only pity for those lost in the delusion of sinful living, and wants only for them to discover the JOY of leading a life of doing good and helping those who suffer!
Sadly, there are far too many Christians who don't really believe! They have believed in a legalistic religion that tells them they cannot do so many things (even though they hurt no one)! As a result, they become envious of the "sinners," and resort to threatening them with Hell and other false notions of divine wrath! If only they were truly born again, they would be happy instead of hateful toward and jealous of those who don't yet know the love of God.

Needless to say my mom was crying 😢 and I vowed to this day to get revenge on him even up to committing capital murder. One idea for revenge was to take a sledgehammer to the guys car 🚗 and severely damage it (he drives a black Mercedes-Benz) then take a can of red spray paint and paint the number 187 on his vandalized car to let him know he was a dead man 🧟‍♂️ walking and that this was not over by a long shot and he was going to die by my hand for his actions towards my mom and I. Thankfully I haven't gotten to that stage....YET.

It's ironic that he talks about suppressing the truth, but:
    1) he re-orders Revelation 20:10 (specifying the punishment of the devil, the beast and the false prophet) to describe the punishment of those in Revelation 20:15 (anyone not written in the Lamb's book of life).
    2) he dismisses the literal meaning of the word "destruction" - not in favor an analysis of the original language - but in favor of his preferred interpretation of the word-which is the exact opposite of its actual meaning. His illustrations of instances where it's used euphamistically-don't negate the many more times it's actually used in the Bible to mean...destruction. Kinda like when Jesus prophesied that TEMPLE you don't see anymore in Jerusalem...would be DESTROYED.
    3) he offers these and other biblical deviations - not in defense of what the text says about Sheol, Hades, Tartarus, or the lake of fire - but in what is more likely defense of a traditional, mistaken merging of these biblical places into a single term: hell. I get tired of the theological gymnastics of men who won't simply confess: "maybe we were wrong."
There are confusing and even mysterious passages of scripture that I believe only the Spirit can help us interpret. And the Spirit is needed to properly understand afterlife passages as much as any. But don't be afraid of even "mighty" scholars who won't submit to the plainly written word on any subject - especially when they subtly offer their commentary as fact...instead of opinion:
    4) "Every word of God proves true; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. Do not add to his words, lest he rebuke you and you be found a liar."
    Proverbs 30:5‭-‬6 ESV
    bible.com/bible/59/pro.30.5-6.ESV
    5) "But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death." But nothing unclean will ever enter it, nor anyone who does what is detestable or false, but only those who are written in the Lamb's book of life."
    Revelation 21:8‭, ‬27 ESV
    bible.com/bible/59/rev.21.8-27.ESV
    6) "Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood."
    Revelation 22:15 ESV
    bible.com/bible/59/rev.22.15.ESV
    7) Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.
    Ephesians 4:25 ESV
    bible.com/bible/59/eph.4.25.ESV
We all need mercy in scriptural interpretation, which is why it's dangerous for those adding commentary to plainly written texts-to go even further and condemn those simply resting in the actual language of the text.

@consumed by the sword I honestly don't know where you read me comparing Piper to Jesus, that's not in the text I see and definitely wasn't my motives but thank you for pointing that out. Keep in mind if you sow discord with the body of Christ you are doing the devils work and being a partaker with him. Here is some scripture to back that up. There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers.

If the wrath of God is eternal, He is nothing short of a sadistic monster devoid of all compassion and justice. Therefore, I propose His wrath is timely and will have a definite end. There is no reason to punish sinners without end. He has no reason to employ Satan forever to keep "hell" burning. This is the biggest lie of the enemy to cause God's character to be misaligned. The Bible tells us at the end of Revelation there will be no pain, sorrow, tears or death. They will all be gone forever!
