DESCRIPTION: We have some new rumors and leaks about Call of Duty 2023, and it looks like we will be getting “MW3 2023” as new COD game. But with MW2 and Warzone 2 not getting any core gameplay changes, Warzone Mobile getting delayed, and DMZ becoming more and more Pay To Win, it seems like they’re making the “Call of Duty Cycle” even worse this time around. I think they should have put more faith in MW2, given the game more support and tried a Year 2 DLC for the first time in COD history. Unfortunately, Sledgehammer Games will be tasked with MW3’s multiplayer for COD 2023, and since Vanguard was their last game I am DEFINITELY worried…

The second Loot Boxes became popular Activision immeadiately got more involved in the series.
Really is sad how far down CoD has gone, more so the publisher Activision, they have all the say. If only TreyArch, Infinity Ward, and Sledgehammer had more say and could actually do something about this, they are not as powerful as we think compared to the corporate greed of Activision and the share holders. Everyone under them gets screwed while they rake in the big bucks. 😔
Activision is being bought by Microsoft so probably within a great, period of time, all the greedy publishers will be let go from their jobs

@@Killerking0310 nah MW2019, MWII, and MWIII are for sure the same game with a few minor changes. It's the same game released thrice for the price of one. 1 for the price of 3🤣. That's basically $210 for 1 game. Shame what they've done to CoD.
Felt like they were experimenting with MW2, and that's about it, nothing more nothing less, once they got the results they needed, they just don't care.

I kind of agree. I’m not even that amazing at COD, but I play a lot of fps games so I almost always get a positive K/D. When I do really well in a match I actually get sad, because I know that my next match is going to pit me against players with 3000 hours on their account and every gun and attachment unlocked. I’ll get stomped. Obviously SBMM is necessary for ranked modes, but there’s no reason for this to happen in unranked modes. It punishes you for being even somewhat decent at the game.

I kinda like it. Makes me think about when I should reload. Also so I don’t accidentally un reload when I sprint.

honestly the only Solution is to not buy the next game, i have bought and played every game since cod 2 and after being shadow banned 5 times in MW2, i think i am done with cod, and i encourage others to not buy cod next year

i've been saying stuff like this since MWII first came out and i noticed all the changes to not only make it easier for newer players, but also how they aren't focusing on anything other than mtx. the fact they made DMZ pay to win frustrates me to no end, knowing what it could have been. since season 3 came out, i've played two multiplayer games at most (gave up on warzone months ago) and honestly couldn't stand how the game plays after going back to even cold war. the best thing activision could have done was a year two to not only cold war but also MWII. i think those two games have had some of the most potential out of the series but they couldn't see past the money.
I am personally just mainly hoping for a decent campaign in the next game, but I am mainly looking forward to the next Trearch game since I did actually quite enjoy Cold War quite a lot

And reload cancel should be possible, and oh yeah, for a change in a IW game, I want to be able to move while mounting, loved that addition in Vanguard tho and the idea of it.
Honestly i think if they leave out the slide cancel and make the movement fast again would make the game better.

But video games have an advantage on top being there is always fresh, naive, baby gamers to prey upon. It's a strange metric but it's reliable. Youngsters are easy to trick, and corporate adults know this.
*Idea:* the higher you rank in the skill based match making (or whatever idec) the more xp you get for example the highest ranking players end up getting like 2x the xp compared to the average player. Alternatively, they could just get rid of the system 🤷♂️

Considering that this was supposed to be a dlc and with the current situation with mw2/wz2, I have zero hopes for this years cod
I now know why they released the new map. It’s completely for long shots, which is handy for the LTE.
I have no issue with the “put people who buy skins with those who don’t” matchmaking as long as they ignore “skill” as a factor but add in connection as a factor. That way Activision get their greedy fingers into matchmaking without affecting gameplay
I’ll be on XDefiant (hopefully coming out this year).

When the new CoD comes out, I'm gonna wait a couple months. Because I was really excited for this game. And my expectations were met. But now, I am not enjoying it as much as I did. I've been playing Battlefield 2042, Ace Combat 7, I nearly completed Far Cry 4, The Crew 2, Ghost Recon, and Sniper Ghost Warrior 3
If we really get MWlll then I won’t be that hyped since skins won’t transfer and it’s literally going MWll but with hopefully what we asked for. I can see this cod coming and going with little impact on the franchise

Cod warzone mobile release date wasn't announced it was only speculated. They only said that it will launch in 2023.
I personally gonna say it, but I believe that the Perk System was a good change.
Where some perks are at could change, but I feel that this perk system allows the gradual build up of power come through in a way. This also allows for stronger perks to not ruin early game. Just imagine someone with Double Time Shotys and Quick Fix as soon as you spawn in your first match of the day, ass rushing you in spawn and wiping your team.
Xdefiant coming out around the time of the next COD release is also going to hurt it allot, why would I play mw3 when I can play xdefiant, with all the things we want... FOR FREE

I would be extremely disappointed if the next game did have said changes. Considering I gave mw2 a chance after skipping out on three games prior. Though, i doubt the series would get better from this point forward.

If its true that the plan was a year 2 for MWII and now they're making MWIII it means that the next game won't even feel like another game.

I bought Call of duty infinite warfare a time ago on steam and I have noticed that the servers do not work every time 6 people join, it gives an error and disconnects the lobby, because the servers have a file error since May 2022 and they never fixed it.
We must make this known to the community, because they are selling a game in which a third of it does not work completely. I think that we should save Infinity Warfare Too

Full disclosure I bought (pre order) MW II for the campaign just because my childhood was filled with Og MW2 and MW3 and it's marvelous campaign. But after seeing how the MW II's multiplayer and WZ is being ignored. I would just wait for the reviews of this "DLC turned new release" and then decide if I want to buy it or not and Looking at the current situation I will most probably buy the 2024 COD...
please for the love of god do not “wait for reviews”. if you enjoy a franchise i would always suggest you form your own opinion instead of jumbling one together from other people’s opinions.

I even question if the devs of MW2 even play the game and there’s an instance that I’ve encountered one, JUST ONE, on SHIPMENT 24/7 of ALL places. I wish the entire dev team play the game that THEY developed more often so they can see our grievances with the game and it can be fixed in less than a patch.
