How well did it fit after breaking in? Tried and went a full size and it still fits snug but a lot more room in the toe area.
What happened to your injury? What shoe were you hopping in ?
The only issue I’m having is the laces and tongue dig into my interior ankles a lot, right now I think the 20’s are better still, but I’m still breaking the shoe in, not it feels like a shoe made for a big guy like Lebron, which I kind of don’t like because I can hardly feel both zoom units, but still breaking them in hopefully they get better. Plus the higher up heel pillow is really chaffing my Achilles unlike the 20’s.
Bro I could find this comment anywhere! Break in period is horrendous, so much chaffing around the ankle. I hope they get better in my next few sessions cuz they mad expensive.

Like the shoe I just purchased it. But I wear them as casual and a LBJ fan. I thought the 20s were great. I love your honest opinion. Great 👍🏼 Brother I retired longtime ago from the courts now I lift weights 🏋️ and occasionally walk and jog with them.

def agree with your review man... I've hooped in these for solid 3 hrs and the tongue's digging into my ankle a lot giving me blisters (which hasn't happened with any of the shoes I've hooped in). I hope these break in soon but they aren't as good as I expected.
yea the tongue is a major problem, digs into my leg as well, these other reviewers didn't mention this
You can tie your laces behind the tongue of the shoe, that helps

The shoe is actually good. From my experience on my violet dust the traction is very solid S tear. No slips at all. But 1 thing i notice is the tongue part upper is pitching my lower leg 😂

I just returned a pair of the LeBron 21 "Tahitian's" super cool looking shoes. Beware the steal eyelets at the top of the shoe gave me bad blisters on the inside of my ankles. Please try them on first to make sure. My friend also bought a pair and had the same complaint. He said it took about 5 runs to break in. I'm to old for that. Recommend the Curry 24 Splash Jam or the Puma Scoot Pro Nitro. Super comfy. You can just put these on and ball with no break in required. Those are my type of shoes !

Wore these to a game couple days ago. They’re meh tbh. Shoe made my feet sore, but still looking to break them in. Not the biggest fan of the shoe especially being a guard and i keep slipping on them with good courts too idk why. I would rather hoop in the 20’s still since it’s more lightweight and versatile for a guard like me.

I got the 21s in the serene colour way , literally 2 hours after playing the material on the side of my inside ankle bone started to wear off, I exchanged the shoes under “defective material “ and a week later the same thing is happening with the new pair
The shoes are amazing , but for almost $300 cad idk if I want them to be tearing after every session and then having to exchange it under “ defective materials”

I have this in the same color way it picks up a lottt of dust but if you wipe it’s I think the best Lebron traction next to the next gens😊

My opinion this shoes is for older or bigger people. For the young and light on their feet, go with the 20. Nxxt is best for outside

Interesting to hear about the traction, every other review I’ve seen has said it might even be better than last year if not just as good. I saw those slips though so I know you aren’t lying. Do these feel like they fit short like the Lebron 20
It’s a snug fit for sure but I would say for the most part similar to the 20s

Also you say it has "good" breathability just because it has a few punched holes in the side ???? while the rest of the shoe is fully enclosed in tough leather !!!! That practically has "NO" breathability !!!!!
bummer that where the lebron 20 had strengths, the lebron 21 suffered. my number one complaint with the lebron 20 is heel slippage due to bad lockdown. but.. maybe i’m just spoiled by kobe’s 😂
The heel slippage is gone on the 21s. The shoes are really supportive. The traction is also excellent. I think it was his court that didn’t mesh with the shoes for w/e reason
My right heel slips out of my 20’s too, my Kobe 6’s don’t do that either lol
Id say the 20s have slightly better traction. 21s still have great traction though, definitely better than most. Heel lockdown is noticeably better in the 21s compared to 20s. For me, overall performance in 21s is just better than the 20s, but I do prefer the look / design of the 20s. Last thing, I play with ankle braces and because of that the tongue doesn't bother my ankle.

I’m pretty sure I have had every pair of lebrons also but if that is the case go with whatever size you normally get
