i see the potential there, he knows how and where to pass wich means he understands the game. he also looks with desire, agressiveness and a good shooting.
While is it true what you're saying, I think he should improve his technique. As far as I can see he doesn't look very skilled with the ball, he should play more forward like Toni or Crouch. He's still young btw and he has plenty of time to improve on that
@@luco-3po878 He is not a winger, he is a classic forward, he doesn't need to be Ribery, his forward skills is what he needs to develop and for what I see he has the skills needed for the spot. You should take a look for what a CF is.
@@KaiserM3 I know that he's a CF, still, watching at how football is developing, we can't deny that these skills are now necessary for that role in important clubs. Take a look at Benzema, Suárez, Lewandowski, Klose. They were all strikers that, when needed, were able to create gaps in the defensive line and pass the ball precisely in these gaps.
@@luco-3po878 Lewandowski and Klose were not Samuel Eto'o or Shevchenko, maybe you are very young to see the difference. different kind of players pal. Lewandowski's skills outside the are werent the best neither, in fact the first year of Lewandowski at Dortmund he was very very bad.....he couldnt control a single ball in the entire season and he had like 21 years old. You are talking to me how the football is developing but you mentioned old players about to retire...Haaland went to City and he broke the PL goal record in just one year.......
Maybe you like that crappy football with no strikers, i dont. in fact watch Harry Kane.....he is not the best dribler, but he knows how to shoot or how to pass, Klose wasnt very good running with the ball outside the area.
Maybe you didnt watch the full video or you dont agree with my comment when i said "he knows where and how to pass" in the video he created those gaps... Lwandowski at tha age didnt know what a football was.
And by the way, any old team would destroy any team from these days where football is garbage. Cheers
@@KaiserM3 yes, I mentioned old players or retired players because right now there are not so many proper strikers. Probably you're too young to remember Klose, let me refresh your memory, with him at Lazio, Candreva and Hernanes had their most proficient seasons in terms of goals scored. Shevchenko was a different kind of striker, he used to score goals, like Inzaghi did while Eto'o on the other hand was what in Italy we would call a "seconda punta" and the Champions League final against Bayern Munich is the perfect example of his role. All I'm saying is that he needs to learn how to play with the ball, he creates the gaps but the passes are too inaccurate or they arrive a bit too late.
Lewandowski at Dortmund was 14 years ago (and as you implied with your comment, he later learnt how to play the ball), the game has changed, i don't like it neither, my favourite players were people like Salas, Crespo, Luiso and Van Basten but these days are gone and so new players have to adapt. And look at Kane, not the best to dribble, he can score a lot AND HE CAN ALSO PLAY WITH THE BALL SINCE HE MADE 7 ASSISTS. Halaand too, last year he made 8 assists which are a lot for a CF so with your two examples you're just saying that I'm right.
