Excellent video. Players faces, clear board, live sounds, silence, no comments...bravo !
Thank you very much!
And no annoying coughing!
It seems curious to me how Keimer looks his oponents when he plays.

when u r looking randomly to ur opponent's face who is playing his moves fearlessly u should press the clock right there.what is there to try with 1 rook down which was out of game?
This guy just ...looks at you! And it´s a look of infinite depths. omg
Except while the handshake doe.
good game
Move 6 - Kf1 was always going to be a focus for punishment.
If black can open the e file, it is almost as good as winning a rook.
Flawed opening IMO, there isn't even any compensation.
Keymer is still one of my favorite players to follow though.
You know what differentiates the really top players ?
They are prepared to challenge convention.
That is why Vincent has such immense potential.
Good Point! Have you seen his game against Gelfand?
@@GRENKEChess About a thousand times LOL . Analysed it to death as well. Vincent certainly has something special going on. Extraordinary ! Hope he starts a Facebook page or something one day.
@@markedwards9247 Yes he has a sharp tactical intuition :).
Some are wondering why not Bc6 at the end....... I think.. g5+ is unfortunate for white. If Kh5/Qf7+ and if Kg3 white is way worse after the checks
Vincent is moving before Romain hits the clock. Is this legal?
What is the chess board they use at the Grenke blitz? Does anyone have a link to where I can buy one?
Link to the chess board: amzn.to/2OoLXCy
High Quality version: amzn.to/2vdEei4
@@GRENKEChess but the color of the board in the video is cream while in your link its brown...
quien gano esa partida ?e porque?
Eduard Romain a gagné à la fin. C'était un match très excitant.
Why not at the end Bc6, where Keymer insteads resigned?
During filming we thought the same...
It's easy. If he would play Bc6, his opponent was going to play c5 and the opponent's pawn on the line A was going to be pushed forward next and Keymer was going to have to make choice between his pawn and bishop.
Thank you for your analysis!
what c5 do u see in the end as max said also? queen is atacked rook defended...u have no c5 white has at least draw in this position
Bc6 would have been a nice try to play on but the position is winning for black anyway. The queen is too dominant in open positions.

Why not Bc5?
Because the Bishop can not move to c5... It's a light square bishop thus it has to stay on a light square !!! Bishop move only on the diagonal from the same color !
But one could ask why the bishop wouldn't move to c6 ? From there it protects the rook and everything holds ?
My opinion : it's true that it is possible to build a forteresse with a rook and bishop against the queen. But here, white is poorly coordinated and the king position is exposed. After Bc6 black would probably play Qd6 : the plan is to play a5 a4 and so on... as white can not take "en passant" because it would lose the bishop. White is dammned to passivity.
Quien gana?
Keymer is a lil cutie!
dude shake the camera more next time because this time wasn't enough. wtf?
lol
QD5 BC6 !
In which position?
He still has Bc6 at the end
yeah, why not? or maybe we are so noob we don't see why he resigned?
He was much better most of the game, smooth sailing even looking up at his opponent a few times with that "is this really what you're going for?" look. But his idea of b5 was flat out a mistake. After that allowed his opponents Bishop to be unleashed (a later cxb5) traded off his super active knight for black's terrible knight and traded off his only active rook, quickly swinging all the activity int he favor of the GM. After which he was swiftly defeated
Allllllright mate!
David Mbonu He was much worse most of the game due to his rook fast asleep 💤 on h1. Playing a GM with basically a rook down without any real compensation is a sure way to lose.
Having his rook sleeping 💤 on h1 was the same as if had been taken earlier. Facing a GM with in effect a rook down without any compensation is curtains. Note how it never moved and at the moment of resignation it was even threatened.
Why the kid always look at the eye lol. So annoying.
Stupite mistake
In Blitz not a rare case - nevertheless an exciting game.
what a lame behaviour to me.. this "OK guy" should more look at the board instead of his opponent unless he likes more men than chess, such behaviour pisses me off, inmature!
he is still a CHILD who has achieved more in the world of Chess than most people in a hundred lifetimes could... AND he would most likely crush you without breaking a sweat!
yutakayoshi Kasparov and Fisher did it....
And in regard to "OK guy", Ivanchuk did it...
yutakayoshi You are a troll, right? Otherwise the immature behavior is just on your side.
