An Aspire at Microsoft is typically a recent college graduate who has joined the company either directly after completing their undergraduate or master's degree studies or within one year of graduation.
#What is an aspire program
-The Microsoft Aspire Program offers recent college graduates an enriching journey tailored for their growth and development as they embark on their careers at Microsoft. Geared towards both early career professionals and MBA graduates, this program equips participants with the essential skills and opportunities to excel professionally and personally. Serving as a supportive community, Aspire fosters a conducive environment for individuals to flourish in their roles and beyond. It is specifically designed for those who join Microsoft directly after completing their undergraduate or MBA studies, transitioning seamlessly into full-time employment upon selection for a role.
#Who all are eligible for an aspire program
- Individuals who are currently pursuing or are within one year of completing a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field are eligible to participate in the Aspire Program. Whether applying for a role directly after graduating through campus recruitment or off-campus channels, joining Microsoft places you in the Aspire program.
How can one enroll in an aspire program?
-To enroll in the Microsoft Aspire Experience, full-time employees (FTEs) are automatically enrolled once they are hired on a university requisition and meet the defined program eligibility requirements.
#duration of an aspire program
- it is a two year long program which counts from the day u join the organization. And fun fact is you also get a graduation ceremony by the end of those two years.
#where can you work
- Your best chances of securing an Aspire role would be with your home country. From what I understand, it is highly unlikely to get visa sponsorship for Aspire roles. For example, if you’re a Canadian who wishes to work in the U.S. For those of you who are interested in working abroad, I would still encourage you to apply to Aspire roles in other countries because you never know what can happen in life… so don’t count yourself out! However, expect that your application will most likely be filtered out based on your country of residence.

If anyone comes from Bsc I.T background and did graduation back few year ago what is the requirement.
@@TheCodingBulb To enrol in microsoft aspire program you need to be in your final year of degree be it graduation or post graduation. However if you have done your graduation years back you cannot be a part of aspire program but can definitely check out microsoft’s career portal to see if you can apply for any job role.
