Thank you for the video. I opened my pump and it was full of salt, the control valves were stuck and blocked. I used cleaning vinegard to clean the salt and i lubricated everything.

Hi, thanks for the vid. I've stripped mine down and cleaned oil as it was really milky. Changed capacitor because the motor just wont start on its own. If I help it by flicking the fan the motor will run anf i have high pressure. Any idea what else I can check? Its a K3.97 and has a 20uf capacitor fitted. Thanks
Is the fan tight when you turn it?
Motor winding checked? Check if the replaced capacitor is good. Is the voltage correct?
check the motor rpm too.
@Big V Media no motor spins it just won't start up. However if I give the fan a slight push it starts up and runs well. Capacitor is brand new. Winding obv good as it runs well when it starts.
One of the motor windings may be burnt. What happens if you slowly rotate the motor in the opposite direction? If it spins like that, it should be turned off immediately. Be careful not to getting shock. Also turn off the motor and check if the bearing is tight

clean water inlet, gun, nozzle etc. check oil, capacitor, motor rpm. confirm bearings are good. check oil seals and water seals also bullet valves

A good O-ring will not scratch so quickly. The edge of the scissors is not very sharp. And if you have experience, there is no problem. But don't apply too much force

first check and clean water input adaptor. Then gun. if not worked yet , need to dismantle the pump head to check the reason.
