To start off, I have dry skin, but I prefer cushion with either a matte or semi-matte finish.
If you are a fan of matte / semi-matte finishes, this would be okay, but it does feel slightly dry.
Personally, I would suggest Clio's Kill Cover Fixer Cushion over this one for a semi-matte finish cushion.
If you prefer a glow cushion, I am a fan of Jungsaemmool's Masterclass Radiant Cushion.

When I say the tone drops, I mean that it gets slightly darker.
For example, a N23 would be come something like a N23.5.
Unfortunately, I haven't tried their Glow cushion yet.
Gosh, I just bought 21N online thinking it may be just the right color for me. I should always remember to color down with cushions.

Hi, I believe 23N would work fine for both the Neo Cushion Matte and Glow
Nice range shades but Im having a hard time to choose one! I wore Lancome Teint Ultra in 021 and Mac Fix Foundation in NC15. Sephora color matched me as 13N for Neo Matte, but I'm afraid that I will look ghostly??

You've mentioned that you're using 020 Light Beige from Dior, but I've yet to have tried out any Dior products as of yet, so I'm not sure about the shade. After looking at a couple of videos and comparing it, I think either 21c or 17n may be suitable for you. I hope you find this helpful. ^_^

I heard the Laneige Neo matte cushions are a bit brighter than other cushions. I usually am a shade 21 in most brands, currently using the shade #Light from Jung Saem Mool's Essential Skin Nuder cushion. Would 21N be too bright for me? Does the the Neo matte cushion flake around the nose for extremely dry skin?
A someone who usually uses 21N for cushions and foundation from other brands, I would say that the Neo Cushion is definitely brighter. However, the tone won't be too noticeable, and since it is a matte cushion, the tone will drop after being fixed. So upon applying on Laneige's Neo Cushion 21N, it gets increasingly natural as time passes.

Hi Jan, I would recommend 17N, as 13N would come out a bit too yellow. and the difference between brightness isn't that different between the two.

I personally didn't find the puff having any scent, but as each person's sensitivity to scent is different, that may be different for you. Despite that, I think think you would feel uncomfortable when using it.

If you have been using 21N (Laneiege Anti Aging Cushion) on a normal basis, you can use 21N from the New Matte Shade.

If you usually use natural beige color, 23n would be good, but if you want something a little brighter, I recommend 23C or 21N. However, I personally think that the 21N1 would be good because 23C can look pinkish and red.

There is a slight difference between 13N and 17N. 13N is slightly yellowish, whereas 17N is more on the neutral side. In my personal opinion, I find 17N to be slightly brighter looking. I hope this helps.

Hi there! 120 light... hm... if that's the case, then I think 23N would be more suitable for you, as 25N will be kind of dark🤔. But.. 25N wouldn't be bad if you are looking for a stable tone that isn't bright. I think you can choose between the two depending on your preferences.

23N can be okay as well, but it may be a bit dark.

If you use N203, 23N would usually be the recommended shade, but The Face Shop products tend to be slightly darker than other brands, so I think 25N would be okay =)

Shade matching is so hard! I use PONY EFFECT Coverstay Cushion in natural Ivory, but the LANEIGE Ivory #13N looks a little yellow.....does anyone have a color match with these 2 brands?
If you're using Pony Effect Coverstay Cushion Natural Ivory, Laneige 13N probably won't be too yellow.
I'm using Coverstay Rosy Ivory, and Laneige's 13N doesn't look very yellow when I compare the two products.

Hi May, you can always check to see if any of the cushion brands you're interested in have a global site / store.
In the case of Laneige, I just checked their global site, and apparently they have shades up to 35.
Unfortunately, in Korea the shade range is limited (as they will probably not sell domestically) , but many larger brands offer an increase in shade range globally.
@@JOOHKY thanks! I live in the UK and the shade range here is also limited. We don’t have official Laneige here so the resellers only sell up to 25. I think I am 31 so I still have no option here, sadly. I see a lot of shops carry 21-25 only. I might have to source from South Asia :D

Mac Foundation NC25 is like a No.23 in Korea, so I think 23N might be a good match for you.

Normally, in Korea, if you have medium skin tone, you would go with 23, as 21 would be considered a light tone.

Although I've never tried the PIxy cushions,
from what I can see from their pictures, I think 21C may be a good choice.
But please take note, that this is only from what I see from the pictures, and it may not be accurate.
How I wish I could try Laneige Neo Cushion Matte as Laneige is my 2nd favorite Korean brand and Laneige is the first Cushion brand I bought from Korea. Sadly the darkest shade available is 25N Tan but it is actually lighter than the shade 25 Hera Black Cushion and UV Mist Cushion Ultra Moisture. If only the shade 25N Laneige Neo Cushion Matte were darker or better yet they could've release shade 27 for Laneige Neo Cushion. Here in my country in the Philippines we have shade 31 for Laneige BB Cushion but its in between 25 and 27 and it is a good match for my skin tone naturally.
Yea, the shades for Laneige always appears brighter than one would expect. Hopefully they'll come out with a darker shade in the Philippines for the Neo as well in the near future. (keeping my fingers crossed)
@@JOOHKY They will soon avail darker shades for Laneige Neo Cushion. The shades available in the Philippines will have a total of 10 shades while in Korea only has 7 shades. The darkest shades available after 25N Amber are 31N Brown, 33N Cinnamon and 35N Coffee. The shade 31N Brown is like in between 25 and 27 so this shade will match my skin tone naturally when its available in my country in the Philippines.

why everytime i use this it still transfer to my mask a lot even though I set it with my loose powder. any advice how not to transfer the make up to my mask? thank youu
I think it'll be very difficult to ensure it to not transfer at all.
As I mentioned in the video, it still transfers for me, just relatively less when compared to others. Personally, I suggest forgoing the loose powder, and to just touch it up when removing your mask, as that is what I do myself.

@@IamH0TTEST the problem with retouching with the cushion being set with loose powder is that it can get cakey/clumpy.

I would suggest removing the base and reapplying it new in case that happens.
