It's 2023, protect yourselves fellas.
Protect ladies from Steiny.
100%
He's right though.
You're essentially writing a self fulfilling prophecy. Assuming it's going to fail.
Better to just not get married to begin with
âItâs the current year, so marriage should be considered a risk-averse transaction.â
Thatâs as dumb as it is dismal. Objectifying marriage in this way runs contrary to the definition and purpose of marriage itself, and love in general. It ainât something you buy on Amazon or at Walmart.
If you are good at choosing a partner you dont need to protect yourself. Most guys marry gold digger hoes tho so they deserve to lose everything in the divorce anyways lmao.
not Andy repeating what his girl told him đ
Yup
Lmao you can see it in his eyes
I thought Andrew was smart, until I heard this lol
Well heâs smart but his wifeâs watching at home
Also don't ask for a lawyer when your arrested, that's you assuming your guilty.
Common shuls Lâ ïž
Steinys dad's a lawyer that's why he's on the show.
â@@kenkeniff3851we just learned this today huh dont cap
@@rauldeleon6728not an L to not have trust issues
Lol I almost didn't catch the sarcasm I see what u did tho
Prenup is nothing but a document just like a marriage document saying you're here for me, not my money. But this guy us well known for his "issues"
yeah its just smart to have even if you dont doubt splitting up with your lover
Why are you mad at him for asking a question Lmao.
So the fallacy here is the belief that marriage is âjust a documentâ believing that marriage is just a legally binding contract between two people opens up the possibility for divorce. If marriage is forever such as it is in the Christian theology than there would be no such need for divorce (in most cases). A prenup is a direct attack on that faith. If both parties are completely understanding and aware of what marriage is supposed to represent and what its intended purposes where (which must be under a largely non secular state) than we wouldnât have need for such things as prenups because the man and the woman both understand equally the importance of what they are partaking in. Iâm also assuming that you are against women leaving men and taking all there money which is why you support prenups in the first place but prenups cause more harm to marriage as an institution than good because it allows for a backup plan and thus less incentive to make things work with your partner. Over time and with the requirements for divorce being raised (or the return to a belief in something larger than the self) , the institution will be taken more seriously which will lead to less divorce, happier children, fathers in the home, people working out their issues, and a stronger society as a whole. Iâm also assuming that your a young conservative man such as myself or a moderate and I encourage you to dig deeper into these topics of discussion think of why this is what your being told, who is telling you this and what is the incentive behind this being taught. Iâm impressed by your conviction in your belief and the tenacity to comment on it which shows that you feel that this is an important topic of discussion so I would urge you to dive deeper.
We have been getting married for thousands of years with and without religious reasons.
Stop preaching that choir boy shit nobody want to hear it.
The first recorded evidence of marriage ceremonies uniting one woman and one man dates from about 2350 B.C., in Mesopotamia. Over the next several hundred years, marriage evolved into a widespread institution embraced by the ancient Hebrews, Greeks, and Romans.
Judaism originated with the biblical patriarch Abraham (approx 1800 BCE).
Christianity even less.
@@rework1319nobody reading all that đ
He's got a point. Don't marry a person you don't truly believe in....
Remove seatbelt from your car then
@@emmanuelisrael811itâs illegal to drive with no seat belt itâs not illegal to skip a prenup so not the same
â@Caliboymar510 you're going to marry someone through contract. You get penalized if you break the contract. They don't get penalized if they break the contract. You go through it anyway to prove your love đ€Šââïž
Shulz literally made jokes about not getting a prenup on his own podcast he just wanted to be a dick to Steiny
You guys will cry and whine about anything hey?
Lmao fr I ainât some steiny fan boy I donât rly like him but I canât even lie Iâm on steinys side with this it really seems like shulz thinks heâs better then everyone in the room
@@breezy28333I got that vibe too. Iâm a huge Schulz fan and it didnât seem like he was enjoying the vibe at all from the jump.
â@brett9721 Lol u say that like Schulz wasn't being a big whiny baby towards Steiny. And then he whined some more on his own podcast.
â@@breezy28333t was morewtf washed doing there he said "I feel like I'm interviewing you"
I honestly couldnât disagree even more
Likewise
100%
With all the failed marriages not like they planned in it you donât plan on getting into a crash but you still get insurance
Best analogy yet bro
eh but how many ppl would get insurance if it wasn't legally mandated though
I agree, itâs weird to think about the marriage ending before itâs even began
Weird or not, itâs better to be prepared for when Nala switches up on you. Which will happen 95% of the time
@@SilentCarrot im not that pessimistic, itâs no way to live
@@simba4845 if you think thats pessimistic, you have a lot to learn Mr. Simba đŠ I wish for you to learn the realities of life in as painless a manner as possible for the king of the jungle
You get life insurance but you donât think of dying every day
I think of it as insurance. Like âyouâre here for me, not my moneyâ insurance.
Both of these dudes are clowns but gawtdam sign that prenup simplordđđđ
right bro just like car insurance is just assuming ur gonna crashđ
except car insurance is literally required in most statesâŠhow many people would waive it if it wasnât required?
"You're not driving if you wear a seatbelt"
That's his logic đ
Prenups is the example of a failed society
Signing a pre nup isn't assuming it's going to break down, it's protecting your hard work if she decides to leave you. Two completely different things. Marriage isn't about giving half your money to somebody because you spent time together
lol no.
@@GarciaDK what are you talking about no? What I said is not even debatable
@@drewraff4436thatâs exactly why no oneâs gonna debate you here because you hit it right on the head. That kid who said no is DEFINITELY NOT REPLYING cuz he knows it too
It is debatable. You said it's not about assuming it's going to break down then assumed a situation where it broke down. Your right marriege isn't about being together for a period of time and she gets all your money, it's about being together till you both die. If you are considering getting a prenup you shouldn't be married because marriege means till death do us part and signing a prenup is till we split.
â@@dresno
Ah shit they got him đ€Šđ»ââïž
Lol sponsored by divorce attorneys
He a real one
If you canât agree on a prenup with your partner, then youâve got no business marrying them.
Youâre not married if you have a prenup is like saying youâre not a licensed driver unless you donât have insurance, Schulz a lot dumber than people think. âI donât wanna attack an innocent kid whoâs in his feelingsâ continues to rip steiny for 45 mins
This is a positive of being broke... You can have half of my nothing if you want.
I mean itâs like life insuranceđ
Lmao heâs definitely regretting it and trying to make himself believe he did the right thing
Tf are you talking about dummy?
Exactly!!
Fr but bro was also making jokes about not getting a prenup on his own podcast.. seems like he just wanted to be a dick to steiny
Really the only energy he need to keep with Steiny but acted like he had something to prove on their podcast. I got zero respect for this twerp after he treated Steiny like that.
if you canât stick together without paperwork then itâs not genuine!
If you canât stick together with paperwork then itâs not genuine!
What is his wife building exactly? She married him for he built already for himself đ€Šââïž
itâs hard not to assume the worst in the times we live in
If she's been with you for the whole ride, don't sweat the prenup. She jumping on after you've got the success, get one stat.
I understand his logic, I just heavily disagree
Buddy got bodied into not signing a prenup
I understand the argument heâs making tbh even if i would disagree
lmao nah itâs just like insurance, if the relationship ends they canât take all your shit đ
Shortly after this, Steiny makes a backhanded comment about he and his wife not being able to have children. What a guy!
Donât get car insurance, youâre assuming youâre gonna crash
Also donât get life insurance or homeowners insurance
Rather be safe than sorry
A lot will depend on her friend group after marriage. If she associates with people where divorce is common then sheâll adopt the same mindset. When things get hard, which they will, sheâll bail
Good luck man!! When shit goes down you will regret your decision
Or how about thisâŠmaybe it wonât cuz people in a happy marriage donât just wake up one day and decide to get divorced. And if they do, you would know that about them and wouldnât marry them in the first place.
This will never get old. Million Dollar Podcast right here. Nelk needs to post it for forever be sell outs
Bro Schultz got played lmao
Hope is not a strategy
he never mentioned hope once lmao. itâs called trust.
Bruh this that blue beta Steve Harvey advice. All lawyers know and say that the person you marry and the one you divorce ainât the same people
Thatâs his wife talking
Never listen to any advice given by Schultz
LOL Schultz fell for the line she fed him while crying... he'll be single and broke in 2 yrs.
It's not all in together if she doesn't risk or lose anything
Heâs just saying âmy girl got me by the ballsâ without saying it.
Poor guy đđđ
That prenup should be for marriage with a lot of age gap..
Like you donât sign a document saying youâre married lol
Prenup just says we decide where our money goes and not the government
I look at a prenup like owning a gun, I hope I never have to use it but I sleep well knowing that I have it. To me a prenup just ensures that youâre keeping your word that you love me whether rich or poor
Donât listen to this guy fellas, if you have a large chunk of money BEFORE the woman, get a prenup. If you donât have shit, then a prenup is not needed. Built together
Still getting a prenup, not getting married without one.
I donât think your married if you donât just accept the fate that the government decided for you in being a married person as if it nearly applies to being single to the government
Good luck goofy
This the dude that tried to tell fresh n fit his to deal w girls đ
Sign the prenup.
If that made sense then why do people have car insurance
Shultz wrong protect yourself and your queen⊠life changes
He's right but no American woman is worth taking a risk for because not 1 woman in America will sacrifice anything for a man
You ever buy insurance? Same thing
I see both sides with a prenup. My parents don't have one but they've been together 36 yrs. For other people it doesn't work out so well
This is blue pill acitivties
I understand what heâs saying. If you donât trust her enough to get married without a prenup, you probably shouldnât marry her
Dumb take. Vast majority of divorces are filed by women first. Also his wife is a college grad, college educated women have a 90% divorce rate. A man Getting a prenup is like a man getting life insurance. You hope you donât ever have to use it, but itâs good to have just incase
@@kandycid100you act like women get divorced for funâŠif you have a happy marriageâŠno woman is gonna wake up one day and be like âdamn I really want half this manâs shit and to be rid of himâ you already share most of your shit in marriage anywayâŠthatâs such a pessimistic way to look at life.
@@21sledfor someone that doesnât have much sure, just get married, if she leaves you and takes half your shiet, it doesnât matter anyways because you had nothing to begin with. For someone whoâs amassed a great amount of wealth, no girl is taking half my shiet. You donât have to marry anyone. If you do ever want to get married, it better be for a good damn reason, but stats donât lie. You can be as nice and caring for the girl, but you never know what goes on in other peoples heads. Always protect yourself. Itâs precaution not pessimism. If the girl canât love you without your money, she isnât the one for you.
@@21sled like I said , college educated women have a 90% divorce rate. You can verify this for yourself I seriously doubt all of their husbands were bad men. Getting married without a prenup is a dumb decision. Facts are facts. So with them what you want You act like all women get divorced for logical reasons
@@21sledyouâre a tard. Also, women do divorce âfor funâ. Itâs called âI lost feelingsâ. They live with the mindset of children
I respect his choice. Itâs his life. If Andrew feels that way then hey, good luck to em. You live and learn , whether it goes your way or not. Some of us feel he made a mistake, but letâs be honest. He has the money to find out from divorce lawyers if itâs worth it or not and even online platforms that prove heâs right and others than prove heâs wrong for it. The manâs making a choice that hurts him no matter what itâs a pick your poison type of situation when dealing with a woman long term. Some states even consider living with your girlfriend for a certain amount of time a form of marriage so you would still gotta pay up to them anyway. Heâs being positive about his situation. Good for him. Keep on kicking ass Andrew and I hope you release another ducking banger of a special!!
Pre nup is not saying youâre thinking you wonât last youâre just protecting your money so you donât have to start over after she leaves you for another guy
What you see here is a simp and a easy come up for a unhappy married woman đ
Thatâs a naive way of thinking
The best thing to do is not get marriedđ
But yâall signed paperwork to get together
Andrew sounds like an absolute fool here... whhooowww
Its something how a man will risk his lifes savings with a 60 percent plus failure rate.
Weâll see how that plays out
Donât agree with that take. The default of a prenup is set by the government? Wouldnât u want to mutually set an agreement yourselves?
Lol, lmao even
I lost brain cells listening to steinys voice
Can't agree with this one brother. I've seen firsthand what a woman can do to a good man. Cheat on them, repeatedly while the husband is working grinding hard. Then they divorce and he has to pay her monthly and she got almost half of everything. Nope. A prenup keeps people alive đ
Lads you do realise that all she has to do to make the prenup void is to become a stay at home parent to one of your children.. so just marry a good woman, prenups are just forcasting doom..
Divorce rates are above 50% in the last decade. Get prenups, gentlemen. Life is not a fairytale. Sometimes the most well intentioned relationships go sour for unforeseen reasons. It doesn't mean you don't trust or love your partner; it means you realize that life is unpredictable, people change, and sometimes there's a side to your partner, or even yourself, that you're not aware of that can change the viability of your relationship.
Everyone should have a prenup. Maybe you want to give her 90%. Remove the lawyers if you want a prenup
Shes gona be rich and never have to work either way
Nah he fucked up he wishes he got it
I totally agree
I donât pay for car insurance because that is assuming youâre going to crash. I donât assume I will crash.
That is the most arrogant thing Iâve heard. Even if you guys make it until death, get those papers to protect yourself because guess what? It wonât last for whatever reason and she will take half.
Heavily disagree with Andrew. I can have a marriage on paper and also another little paper that says she doesnât royalty screw me if she decides to screw our kids football coach. Men get WRECKED in this scenarios
Nerds always give nerd advice
I agree with Andrew but then again Iâm not wealthy lmao. Meaning Iâd probably never feel comfortable enough to get married if I was that rich
Iâve lost all respect for Schultz
DamnâŠâŠ just damn
.. she will leave and take his sh#tâŠ
That doesnât sound like someone anyone would want to marryâŠ
Canât wait til he gets divorced
Everyone in this comments section is such pessimistsâŠor maybe thatâs just the state of the world today, in which case, no one should get married, maybe thatâs whatâs contributing to âbaby mommaâ culture. Having kids before youâre married is insane to me.
Andrew smart why even date the woman if you have that in mind
If I was ever to get married, it would be with a girl that I can trust and can see myself spending the rest of my life with. That being said, Iâve worked hard for my money, Iâve struggled alone for my money, Iâve built everything I have from the ground up. No one is taking that away from me. I will love the girl and be there for her for as long as Iâm alive but my work is mine. If she doesnât want to sign a paper that says she doesnât care about my money, then sheâs not the one for me. Sorry. A girl will love you for your character not your money. If she canât do that. Move on.
100% and if she married for you money, and you don't have prenup, you are fucked
Average marriage in the uk is 12 years long the women ages life expectancy means they can marry 4 times in lifetime as average . Told my m8 this in 2016 when they got married. Was a joke
Itâs not only for divorce. If your partner is incapacitated or dead a prenup will also outline provisions in those circumstances.
Steiny for president 2024
I think Schulz is the one playing the character
This is aweful advice, the guys that donât sign prenups are the same guys you hear about their wifeâs taking there house and money through divorce, especially if your 20s or 30s itâs mandatory that you sign a prenup, there is no benefit to not do it
