Mike, you have negative camber on your front driver's side which caused that. Didn't notice it cause your passenger front is in spec so your Audi drove straight.

I owned a 18 c63s and a 21 c63s and I would have to replace the front tires every 10k miles due to them looking like yours. No mods at all. Mercedes said the alignment was in spec.

That tire is toast! Since it's AWD, you need to replace all 4 otherwise you can screw up the AWD system.
Mike, after you put wheel spacers on you should always perform wheel alignment.
