CG just on a different level with shooters. They can swap in anyone for their group of 4 and it doesn’t matter.
The reason why Curtis is newish officially to Cg is because back in the day they didn't want to "Stack Shooters" so he always was friends with them except when they were warring but since ESB did it's thing it doesn't seem so bad any more.

I don;t think so. Bass seems set on it and let's be honest ... with the way Curtis and Taco moved and used cover to kill them, it wouldn't had matter if cops had ARs. This was on the training on the cops and especially cadets. It wasn't the lack of firepower.

Ever seen the time when Randy single handedly wiped the PD to save Ramme, Vinny, and Curtis? It was during the last war with the Vagos. Randy got them in the big red garage and picked em off. Killed the last seconds before Tsunami hit. Saved them all. Shit was wild. He felt bad I think cause he was the one that accidentally downed Vinny. Vinny jumped outta the car right as Randy fired across at a cop and got domed. One tapped. 🤦♂️ there is a video of it on CZcams, Randy was wearing his devil mask and red jacket I think.

my favorite part is that a third party, Lizzie, ended up saving Randy from that ambulance after the carnage these guys created!!! What a wild night
Is that allowed since technically even though Randy was down he was the 4th? Idk how the rule works exactly but feel like that could be considered a grey area?
There were a lot of rules broken, mostly by the cops. They detained him while dead, gave him a GSR test, searched him and confiscated his stuff, denied him EMS for a quarter of an hour. He had nothing to do with the CopsVsRamee/Taco/Curtis situation. In fact, Ramee killed Randy with a molotov while trolling the cops. Heck, he was getting his tarot card reading right before he died. So to say he was the 4th man is a reach. If anything, his only ally during that scenario was the 3rd party who saved him from the ambulance. Also by the time he was saved, the CopsVsCG MMO had completely left the area, leaving him by himself for another 15 minutes. The way things turned out balanced the situation. To be fair, the whole situation was shit show, but the wrong person got caught up in it.
I would say no because technically Randy wasn't part of this situation. Randy went down to the fire cause by the boys but wasn't actually involved in what the boys were doing.
