Ark release the tackle to the jack and kick out the end with the sniffer. Double the nose to the will. Double the end to the mike. This is how we have done it.
Great stuff as always. Do you have a video of how you teach players multiple positions? Like how you teach safeties both the free and weak positions and LBs the various positions etc.?
Coach first off great video as always. Secondly, the second way you blocked it, isn't that basically split zone? I know duo is a gap scheme but blocking with the sniffer backside looks like split zone to me. Love the videos keep up the great work!
Its all technique and philosophy. You trying to straight downblock people or scoop overtake? Duo right and zone left will look very similar. We carried it as a read play instead of zone
Great video coach! Just a couple of questions. 1. What's your OL's responsibilities if the DT is head up but playing B gap? 2. How would you adjust if the defense played almost a true old school 52 cover 3 with the SS rolled down on #2? Would you just make it a read on the MLB and have the sniffer take the DE/OLB?
We block gap down and block the B Gap stunt and read what is in the C gap. 5-2 with 7 in the box we either need another helmet or have to option somebody
@@CoachMac appreciate and everything you do. I ask because our base is to plus the weak side safety to sniffer, and our adjustment is a “stay” call to keep the weak side safety backside, which we only do a couple times in a game. Love the videos and the info.
"Don't create brand new running plays each week you see a new front- wrinkle your own plays" Advice that lots of HS coaches need to hear.

I will try, thank you

Great video, Coach. Would you please tell me what other run plays you like against the Tite front from your 20 personnel sniffer groups/sets?
Buck, Dart, Power
Counter rather GT or GF is great... thats why you see all the big12 schools run it past few seasons...
First off great video coach. I may have missed it but what is your QBs pull key when you run duo triple?
C Gap defender first, then curl flat player or force player if it's triple.

@@CoachMac Thanks! My concern is that OT block. It comes down to 1v1. Also, do you feel it's easier to option the MLB or the DE if vs 52?
@@55jernsm Maybe RPO off Mike, would have to experiment with it
Awesome!
Thanks
Appreciate the video Coach. What’s your adjustment when they plus the weak side safety over the H?
Tried to carry Dart away from the sniffer, we had too many sniffer tendencies.

@@bryan2718 using the BS Safety to help vs sniffer sets us a great idea especially if they have sniffer tendencies. Helps play the sniffer seam also
Appreciate it, coach. But whre is the different to inside zone to the left?
Technique of lineman and reads for the back
Great video coach. What is the running back taught to read?
RB should be reading the play-side LB. If he fills the A-gap, the back bounces the run outside. If he flows over the top, the back darts into the A.
what do you call that formation coach?
Spread Right Near
Stole my duo inside zone read. Same formation and everything
Video starts at 3 min
Is that a bad thing?
Nope! Thanks for the information though! Trying to learn everything I can
I’m still learning everyday!! Thanks for watching
