I can't wait for the Rail Baltica from Warsaw to Tallin, but it's still pretty far away :(
Can't wait for high-speed trains between the Baltics and West Europe. I think there will probably be an Amsterdam-Tallin, probably with ICE-L trains from DB.
Me too. I visited Estonia this summer and opted for the bus from Latvia to Estonia because the rail situation seemed too much of a hassle.
Its gonna be great when it opens, its one of the projects im really excited for too!
Helsinki to Kuopio is a classic 🙌 keep the good videos coming!
Thank you for making this video and your overall great quality of content! I also travel around EU by trains a lot and maybe I'm biased but I feel like most trip reporters cover the same "interesting" trains such as the Berliner going from Prague to Berlin or Wien to Munich, etc. In Czechia it's worth checking out the SBB panorama 1st class coach running daily on a train from Wien to Poland via Moravian region. Another cool place to visit for hiking are Beskydy mountains - there is a nice new double-decker train going there from Ostrava (to Frenstat). In Poland, the direct trains to the Hel peninsula are very cool and overall, the area around Gdansk is fantastic. And of course, the new ICNG in the Netherlands are great and I really look forward to try the new Railjets 2 (OBB), Comfortjets (CD) and ICE Ls. :)
Many great suggestions! I will be back in Czechia and Poland at least 2 times this year, so hopefully i am albe to film some more great trains there! I really want to go and try the ICNG and the new DSB Talgos (Similar to IC-L) in the new year :D
Congratulations for a successful 2023! ❤ Happy New Year Simon!!! 🎉 Looking forward to more videos in 2024!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Happy new year, Simon. Thank you for all your interesting videos, which you've made and those, which you'll make.
Happy New year when it comes. Look forward to more content in 2024
Happy new year Simon!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you were to go to Slovenia, you could try their Pendolinos, which are a unique three-car consist and thus the shortest Pendolino variant ever produced.
Deffo on the list! Have covered a good chunk of the family on the channel already
Thanks for making such nice videos! Looking forward to more journeys in 2024.
Most insightful! Happy New Year, Simon! Best of luck with your internship...

@@Simon-Andersen thanks.
I wouldn’t admit to going to Israel, it’s like admitting being a Nazi.
Great thanks mick, nobody asked for your opinion and for you to make this completely unpolitical video, political. You must be fun at parties. I wouldn't post comments on the internet if you aren't old enough to diffrenciate between visiting a country and being a nazi 🙂
@@Simon-Andersen by visiting Israel instead of sanctioning the place, you are by default supporting zionism, a abhorrent nationalist ideology akin to nazism.
Thank you for your great content! You're one of the few channels I reliably watch every video of. I'd love to follow you on social media, have you considered getting an account on something else that Twitter, maybe Mastodon?
Thanks for the kind words. I don't plan on getting a presence on other platforms at the moment, but maybe if twitter digs it self even further into the grave.
