I imagine no-one is going to come forward with information leading to the recovery of the jewels for a measly grand. But then after a century or more unless they are in private possession or haven't been broken up and sold on it's unlikely they'll ever resurface. Interesting story though. And Christiaan is a fine figure of a man, so he is.
