I just found this video! This was great! I grew up in Norcross! [NHS Class of ‘91] I’m now out in Seattle! I haven’t gone ‘downtown’ in a long time. When you were driving you mentioned missing Norcross High school, but I don’t think it’s there anymore(?). They moved it near to the corner of Spaulding Dr & Medlock Bridge. They tore down NHS and Summerour Middle School, then rebuilt Summerour on NHS land. Also Thrasher Park has been there forever...but it used to just be open land, trees and a shelter with picnic tables...hope that helps!
Sort of like everywhere else I guess, but for the most part I think it is as safe as anywhere in Gwinnett County. It is well located with good access to I85, PTI, Buford Hwy.
Ha! the camera is deceptive about the speed, I rarely go over the speed limit, and on many videos even mention how fast I am going because it does look like I am going a lot faster than I am.
Neat town! I used to go up there to buy haggis from a shop when I was feeling Scots-Irish, but then came the Internet!!!

It was till after Katrina hit, now these days it's kinda sketchy
