Minnesota really showed up tonight. Anthony Edwards started off slow, but finished off with some excellent plays down the stretch.
Phoenix was wrong giving up their core. 3 years Ago they were able to reach finals, but now, it seems theyre not getting any where.

It's not about them. 😂 They still got fantastic numbers in the NBA but if they want to win something they need to join together on a same team. Steph and KD are playing on extremely bad defensive teams. And just like with the Dallas and Luka and Kyrie it ain't going to work for Steph and KD too. Luka is a young superstar, yet he is getting demolished by the much older Harden, Westrook, PG, etc. Clippers veterans. Why? Cause the Clippers play some great team ball and defense. LeBron and Lakers played absolutely FANTASTIC game vs the CHAMPIONS Nuggets as GUESTS. And Lakers and LeBron were on TRACK to WIN that. Clippers are team of veterans. And right now they look like a team that could legit win it ALL. Fuuuulll stop. I said it before, KD should move back to GSW and together with him there should move some really useful center like Javal, etc. Look how good Porzingis is for the Celtics. Steph and KD can't do it on their own without great defenders, great centers and power forwards. Just not going to work. Never did. Not even when they were young and in their prime. KD used to have prime Ibaka and young Adams. In these Suns he got... Nurkić? Is that enough for something more, like being contenders? Absolutely not.
Everyone will be focused on the stars but Mike Conley was the main reason the Timberwolves won

Phoenix is going to wake up eventually but not soon enough because rattling off 4 straight is possible for KD if he has some help, but right now he's alone. He's going to have to go all Lebron and just completely take over the next two games. He'll have to go off or at least smack some sense into Bradley Beal to wake up and get some buckets.

Edwards is an animal and looks to me to have the most confidence of any player on any team, and same goes for the whole team just looking hungry and deadly. Are they favorites? No, but could they beat any team in these playoffs 4 times before they lose 4? Yeah, they obviously can and looking like they want it most to me. Switches to make right foot pivot to step through for an extra step. You can step through and lift your pivot just fine. But the ball has to leave before his left foot lands. Now they acquired Westbrook - who had a terrible run with the Lakers so no one really had their eyes on him. And Harden who was also very washed. Ty Lue is working his ass off to make the team play well together and get everyone into the form they should have.
It's not exactly like just recruiting 5 current stars.
