Hey Louise. Thanks for the kind words. The Cruz is compatible with the Cybex Cloud Z2 car seat. This rotates 360 and it reclines to lie-flat when attached to the buggy and when attached to the ISOFIX Base. I'm not familiar with a snuggle seat. Is this a car seat or something different?
