I would say career change is not something frowned upon in Finland..
Also, I think nurse/doctor is a much more universal profession than for example law, since law requires you to learn so much about each country's laws, cases etc..
    Way to go...

@Carthie Koivari Giirl, you are heaven sent, this came on time as I've been wallowing into depression due to wrong carrier choice, I graduated in 2018 with BEd. I've never secured a job here in Kenya and I don't have money to go back for nursing which I'm now sure it's my path. I'd love to study and work in any European country, What would you recommend?

@Saralina Kui, I don't know if am heaven sent because the only idea I have is Norway which at the moment is the only country with free education. Unfortunately, they do not offer nursing to foreigners. I have heard of Kenyans who are there as nurses cause they learned the Norwegian language and enrolled to nursing. So you can check their masters programs that are in English, the education is free but you need to care for your needs. There are jobs you can get when you get there that can help you survive but before you go to Norway the government there needs to see that you have around 800,000ksh in your account. I know people can ask their rich relatives for this money then they return it once they get a visa, are in Norway and working. From there you just need to work really hard around things. I believe where there is a will there is a way. Sounds long but not impossible.

I think you will need to do the entrance exam of the course you want to study, you can't just move from one course to a different one.. If you pass and get a school then why not 😀
