- Nike Mercurial Superfly 5 review - at the San Siro. Does it get any bigger? No - in traditional Unisport manner, JayMike takes the new Mercurial for a spin at the Champions League Final stadium. Love the look of the new Superfly V. Especially when worn by the players of our Belgium National team (you'll see at EURO 2016). It's like the boots were made for them, in the colours of the Belgian flag, perfectly complementing the EURO 2016 kit.

I am very conflicted. I bought the Superfly V, but now that everyone is saying the Vapor 11 is the best speed boot and is better than the Superfly I keep getting worried that I should have bought the Vapor. Does it really matter? I am a very fast sprinter and wanted a very fast boot.

Hi Alejandro, we find that the Superfly V runs slightly small for it's size so we would recommend going up half a size yes :)

Hey Unisport, I have a quick question: why do professionals very often wear sg boots, even though they play on the most perfect of pitches? I play a lot with fg studs on really muddy fields and the traction is still good enough, so that's something I don't get and I don't know if I should get an sg pair
+bierli hardy a lot of times, they wet the pitch before the game to make the ball move faster. Not all the time, but a lot. You do get a ton of grip with an SG plate, which is noticable compared to an FG in the right conditions, but you're right I think most of them could get away with an FG plate.

+Brandon Mohamed for a tight fit go true to size, for a little wiggle room for example if you like to wear 2 pairs of socks, then go half a size up
Yep, wen't true to size and it's pretty spot on. As always, you can go either half a size down if you want it über-tight or if you need your space, go half a size up. Wouldn't recommend it though. True to size is the way to go. /Jay
