This overlay looks awesome! I wish they would bring it to The Magic Kingdom from November to January
The problem is that if they did that, you would have a lot of people upset that they didn’t get to see the original mansion during their once in a lifetime trip.

I appreciate your clear,, low light ride through. I gave you thumbs up. I didn’t ride the holiday version of the Haunted Mansion for several years. It’s an amazing achievement on Disney’s part, but, for me anyway, the regular Haunted Mansion is so much better.
Out of all places to get stuck, the best is Hatbox. I could look at that effect all day.
especially since if you get unlucky, you might miss his head trick! Getting stuck guarantees you'll see it

They need to bring this to Disney World in Florida!
they were going to at one point, but WDW didn't want to have their haunted mansion closed annually so they could put it up and take it down, so they gave the props made for WDW to Tokyo Disneyland

Wish Haunted Mansion Holiday Overlay would come to WDW!
Will probably never happen sadly - too many once in a lifetime visitors at WDW to have the regular version out of action for almost half the year. Check out Tokyo on YT if you haven't already done so - theirs is almost identical to WDW and gives a good idea of how the WDW one would potentially look.

Thank you for posting this. I appreciate being able to see this since I'll probably never make it to California. I will say this though, I'm glad WDW doesn't do the Christians overlay. The original can't be topped.

I’ve ridden Haunted Mansion Holiday every year since it premiered. This is the first year not riding due to Disneyland not being open due to COVID-19 restrictions.

How I wish they would bring this to Disneyland Paris... I think the special Halloween season here is kinda bland they just add here and there some decorations but nothing too exciting... And getting a haunted mansion with Jack would be so awesome!

Looks totally amazing! I'm almost sad that they don't do the same at WDW.
Many are also happy they don't, as some would prefer to ride the regular version at Halloween seeing it's perfectly themed for that season to begin with.
