This is Billy's 10th and Sierra's 8th time sailing the East Coast and we are heading SOUTH but first we must make it to Annapolis for the Annapolis Sailboat show and to get some warranty work on the boat done before we make a break for further South.

I like how Billy and Sierra allow the boating and travel to be the star.
Love this video as I do all of them. But, I must mention, Sierra, you could do professional TV commercials! That one you did here could have been on the Super Bowl!!! 👍
Your puppy is such a sweet girl !! i love that you got a Cat so that she has an easier time moving around
Billy and Sierra, it was so nice to be on the open waters, with you all again, and being able to watch LaurieSue glide through the swells, on the way to Annapolis. Great video, and can’t wait to see what’s around the corner.
The music around the 12 minute mark was perfectly mesmerizing. 👌
Sierra, I believe you'll master your docking skills. Billy's perfectionist skills 👏
Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful free life you are living, seems so magical 😍 and you guys really made it happen over the years . I don't know you but I'm proud of you... Enjoy guys ❤❤❤
Not to be over cautious....but please get a radar! I retired after 35 years commercial fishing and wouldn't even think of leaving the dock without it.
It was nerve racking watching you cruise up the coast to BC without it but I understood that was a temporary boat.
Most boats don't have AIS and there are crab pots, longline high flyers to get tangled on and other "stuff" out there. This is your forever boat so even a cheap 12 mile radar is worth it's weight in gold. Later on you can get the FLIR.
“Small chunks are way less painful” 😂😂
😂😂😂
Your CZcams videos are truly impressive, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding effort you put into creating them. Since discovering your channel this week, I have been consistently amazed by the quality and creativity of your content. Each video is a testament to your talent and dedication, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to see more of your remarkable work. Wishing you a productive and successful week ahead!
I am not a sailor but I love the adventure you both share doing this.
It was nice meeting you guys at the show. Billy, don’t worry about touching pilings when docking. The boat can handle it. They’re called “rub rails” not “don’t touch em rails” 😊
Hello from Western Australia. Happy, safe sailing. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
I’m catching up on episodes and it was cool to see Chesapeake City. I grew up on the bay but now live in FL.
Sierra, your smile brightens my entire week 😊
You'll get confident with docking your home the more you do it. ❤
Definitely recommend always flying your main with the spinnaker up. If the wind speed picks up enough you can't douse the spinnaker with the sock and you don't have the main to spoil the spinnaker the options get a lot less savory.
Nice work you two! Enjoyed the short cruise south as you headed to the boat show. Yes, commitments can be stressful but this was an outside commitment. You both are more used to inside commitments, getting work on boats performed, making a destination to meet your needs. This channel is big enough and your future bright enough so that getting used to those outside commitments will be easier going forward. You got this! Enjoy!
I really enjoyed that sail with you guys, it was nice being back on the water with you!
Do you think Jetty needs sun glasses? Beau & Brandy had them for Oona and she seemed to like them. Take care guys, Stay Safe & Fair Winds!!

Purchasing a lighthouse comes with rules that you must adhere to. Things such as you must live there, maintain it in operating condition and open it up to public tours. It's not easy.
Great stuff, thx for taking us along.
The look 👀 when you asked about the Everglades Challenge 😂✌️
Pahaha later explained that if we did it again I would need to do the on that goes all the way around florida 😂 change it up ya know ?;)
You need to stop in Sea Isle, we can party it up!
SO GOOD TO SEE YOU BACK...GREAT BOATING !!! Rick in Canada
Fun seeing you guys Sail thru my Area of South Jersey ,,The C&D Canal is a Neat place to cruise thru ,,Delaware City ,,Harve DeGrace , Chesapeake City are all Must Stop n See Spot when you ever come back thru that Area ,,Also A Quaint interesting place is St Micheals Md . That has a Nice Boat Museum and where a bit of Wedding Chasers movie was filmed next door at Cabin John Resort ,,Wish you well n Safe Travels on All your further Adventures
My favorite is the tips on throwing up! I love it! You guys are just great!
The ocean looked gorgeous when the wind died!
The chunks block the water so it rushes out faster when it's chunky. If you chew it than it mixes with the water and becomes like oatmeal every time you barf.
Did you two ever think you would be sailing on a brand new catamaran and experiencing all of the places you have travelled to? I’ve been watching your channel since the beginning with the original Tula. You’ve come a long way and your channel is one of the best!
Safe travels😊
Docking, confidant and practise and don’t panic, you got it.
Being from the East Coast, I always had this vision the Pacific was cleaner and prettier. Now I'm grateful for the Atlantic. We have some of the most beautiful beaches and clear water. Yucatan is very nice today.
Agreed i live in north Carolina. the outer banks and crystal coast are beautiful raw places! But we need to keep them that way.
That's a vague statement about a whole ocean. Depends where you're at in both oceans.

@@josh_9266 My family and I love Indian Beach at Emerald Isle
My brother Graeme, from Australia - whom you just met at the Annapolis show (@ 32:37) says to say hello! 👋 hi Graeme!
I took lifeguard training as a teen and worked part time at the local amusement park (largest pool in the state of PA, at that time). There is a military like comraderie that happens during that. The graduation ceremony included having to jump of the 39 foot platform into the 14' foot deep pool.
Thanks for sharing !
Love your explanation of the sailplan and the rules of sailing. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
Hello! FYI Steve (I think that is correct) says Hello from CLC, he wanted to be sure I sent that message. I was there Thursday & Friday, but unfortunately didn't see you 2. (Or 3 as usual). Trip down memory lane traveling along the coast from NY through Delaware, C & D into Chesapeake. The weather was fantastic! Fair winds.
The video montage was excellent! Really captured the experience and the background music was perfect.
Nice to see you both again! Looking forward to when you're in the Bahamas. Skindiving in crystal clear waters!
0:55 Love that shot of Jetty checking the sail. 😅
I am not a sailor but i enjoy watching videos on it. Youy 2 to look very well qualified, your knowledge of wind, water ect is impressing. Stay safe
it's so great to see you guys sailing again. It was a long wait, but it will be all worth it, when you three are chill-axing in the bahamas during the winter. Congrats and keep up the good work.
I love the picture of Jeddy on the sail.
Just can't get over the spinnaker.... what a great design with Jetty on it!!
Thanks 4 taking us along with U on this passage! Safe travels ❤
Hats off to you guys
Love you guys ❤
Funny I was thinking about Seinfeld, then you put the clip in. 😀
I went to Coast Guard boot camp in Cape May and it was something I’ll never forget. Honestly great times even though it was boot camp for the military.
Billy's clothing looks like he could be on Star Trek.❤
Cool about engine in calm conditions with one running and prop
I love watching you guys sail. 😘
Looks like it was a pretty uneventful trip, with the sole exception of Billy's tiny, and I do mean TINY little boo boo getting into the slip. Glad you had fun at the boat show. Keep the good stuff coming guys and give Jetty a treat for me.
"Small chunks are way less painful..." One to grow on 🌠
Hooray 🎉 on a personal note it was nice to know you had great weather sailing past my home town Sea Isle City, NJ . ❤
You guys are just soooooo cool!
aww to be this young and be living this life that you have makes me sad that I didn't do this when i was young. LOVE YOUR SPERIT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
Awesome video guys!!! Congrats on making the show! See y'all next time.
I absolutely love your black Jetty pirate sail! The best sail ever looks wise!
Love your show...
Thanks Billy. That was a very clear review of VHF distress call etiquette.
big fan !!!!
Beautiful day
You should do the Everglades Challenge again, if possible. Variable weather makes it a unique trip each year.
14:55 Ha! Didn't think you guys were old enough to have that as a reference! :)
-- 😂😂 Sierra is not 😂
Good video you two nuts ...............Billy n Tx's.............😊.............❤.............
Y'all went right past me I live in point pleasant !!!
Sailing can be a workout. 👍
Love sailing with you guys!
Always love your content, Thank you for sharing that with us.
I know its too late for this but, if you stay 10 ft off the rocks, you will pick up 1 kt. As the sides are a 45 degree slope, 10 ft off is 10 ft deep.
What memories the C&D canal brings, I was involved in the cable stayed bridge construction so long ago. Brings back many memories. The bridge right before it was the steepest one I had been on at the time. Wow! Thanks for the video, if you get a chance stop in St Michaels, a great weekend getaway.
Another great video. Thank you!
was having lunch while the talk on barfing...
Good job!
I like the spin rigging and the explanation to go along with it. Happy for y'all.
Enjoy. Great video as usual.
I like the sail trim explanations
I LOVE JETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I watched you jibe by crossing the spinnaker through the 90 degrees of the foretriangle. On my racing boat, we typically jibe by rigging the asymmetrical spinnaker to go in front of the boat and around the 270-degree angle. Works better unless there is no wind. You heat-up the boat slightly to get pressure in the spinnaker and then let the working sheet fly. The spinnaker will go out quickly and you then turn the boat to track while the spinnaker is out in front. Then you bring in the new working sheet and trim the sail. A single person can do it, and no reason to go forward.
Oh look Sierra and Jetty are a matching pair in orange.
Would like to see how you plan and make a grocery buy? How often? Where you try to buy?
Fighter pilots say the advantage of peanut butter tastes the same coming up as it did going down. Good luck with that...thanks for the great videos.
Schedule and sailboat very seldom belong in the same sentence. I'm glad you were able to reconcile the two.
I didn't find the polars for your boat, but most multihulls achieve their best VMG at 140º, so sailing at 175º only makes it take you longer to reach your destination.
Cool to see you guys in my area. We boat on the bohemia River and live locally
Hi Billy, Sierra, and jetty. I must say I've loved watching your videos for a while now. When ever you show your sail with jetty's likeness on it it makes my day and made me think of a question for you. As a pack leader of 5 blk. Labs my question is, your life raft has emergency rations for the 2 of you that may include ingredients that are dangerous for our furry friends. The question is, does it include emergency rations safe for jetty to?
How does your dog handle nature's calling? I have a doggy door at my land-based-home, so my dogs go outside to the fenced yard whenever they want.
Hope you guys have been able to make it South by now. I am in Tampa Bay area and the weather is just spectacular this week. Fall has finally arrived. 85 degrees, low humidity, and a nice breeze for the last few days.
My only experience with Cape May was boot.
Seeing as how they did not make the window lift support problem good, I think I would pick up one of those extendable truck holders from the auto parts store they sell to people to cheap to replace the gas supports. I would also paint it OSHA orange so everyone sees it.
Use the transmissions Sierra and lay off the throttles unless absolutely necessary.
Another excellent episode Team, your are really responsible as well making sure all the crew have their vests on. How is the Catamaran going? Looks like the fibreglass work went well. Take care and be safe “God Bless America” 🇺🇸
Definitely add a radar! 😁
I just got my new Tula sweatshirt ! Love it !!! 😃.
Thanks so much for shopping with us Tom! ❤️🥰
Pull into Southport, NC on your way down and I’ll buy you dinner! There is a small anchorage in the boat basin.
hanging out for the Bahama's...
Do y'all plan on putting some kind of mesh up around the railing to make sure Jeddy can't slip and fall off the boat while at sea?
Sierra looks happy ! 😁. Does the boat handle any differently with one engine running vs two? You were probably on auto pilot 😎
I've been around Summit Marina many times and bicycled on the bike path that's on the canal. I've never seen the railroad bridge in use in my 38 years living in Delaware. Where'd you go to eat in Chesapeake City?
I always had an agreed to speed at which we would haul up the Iron Jenny. For me on a 34 ft. Sadler mono. . .that speed was 4 knots. Sometimes just a little help from the engine would speed the boat a know or so, yet allow the sails to remain full. Just lots of playing around, but what else do you have to do? Thanks for the vids. I appreciate them very much, as I was your age when my wife and I adventured by boat.
Will you be adding jetty nets to the lifelines, she scared me when her paw slipped toward the edge at @11:44. I know you are probably still working on making the new Laura Sue blue water ready, and just a long list of things that you need for her!
Now that y'all have gotten moved into the new boat, can we get another quick tour.
