I am studying in 8th grade
I am still in Highschool, but where I live everyone has 18 subjects.
Iâm 12 so Iâm still studying everything from math to history to social studies. I usually take notes on science most of all as thereâs a lot of stuff I need to remember. Iâm new to digital notetaking but I just passed my final exam using the Cornell method. Love your videos Janice!! â€ïž

I personally love Paper-like because it helps a lot when I use my iPad under day light. Reading books with this screen protector on is also a great thing to experience, it gives me a feel quite similar to reading with Kindle Paperwhite. Besides, I always write gently with my Apple Pencil 2 (I do the same with traditional pen, pencils, fountain pens... it's how I write. My friends say it's because I'm afraid of hurting the paper đ) so I don't have any problem with the tips being worn out after a while like other people complain. Iâve had one for over a year, my screen and pencil is perfectly fine. Itâs honestly not as life changing as sponsored creators pretend it is, itâs barely nicer than straight up glass, but it also wonât destroy your devices.

Hey Janice! For the pencil case, does it fit inside the pencil holder for the ipad case you have? I actually purchased your ipad case a while back and have been using it (love it btw!) but I'm worried that my apple pencil with the elago case will be too bulky to fit

Hi Janice! Love your videos! I was just wondering if the elago Apple Pencil case really works properly? I've seen many reviews saying the pencil doesn't charge with the iPad because of how thick the case is. I've been debating whether or not to get it for my new iPad Pro. The case is super cute but it would suck if I have to take it off every time I need to charge the pencil
My wife just got me one yesterday and besides the magnetic connection being weak, it absolutely does not charge with the case on.

Mine actually does work. If you have a case on your iPad that covers the magnetic strip, you may have problems. But I havenât had any issues. Have had mine for a week now and I love mine. I got the pink color.

Recently tried that Elago pencil sleeve and found the cutouts on both sides make the sleeve weak towards the bottom. It also makes the pencil much larger.
I recommend trying it but keep in mind it's not perfect :)
Mine stays on quite well so far! I also quite enjoy the chunkiness of the pencil with this sleeve on but itâs all personal preference đ

what case(s) would you recommend for a ipad pro 12.9 inch from 2017? i can't find this case for my ipad, and i don't know if the version you have would fit mine
Do you find that your pencil case slips down while writing? I currently have a case on mine (not the one you mentioned), but it slips off easily while I'm writing/drawing.

Is upgrading to the new apple pencil (2nd gen) worth it? I really like that tap-back feature!
It depends on what iPad you have. The second gen is only compatible with some iPads. If you already have the 1st gen and it works on your current iPad, you canât use the new version. I hope this makes sense.

I just got the elago Apple Pencil sleeve in yellow , itâs cute and pretty but when I attach it to its place on the iPad where it suppose to charge it Ű its not charging or showing the % . Thanks for the nice and informative review. Just wanted to confirm - the Apple Pencil with an Elago sleeve will still charge and connect consistently even though my iPad has a case? My case covers the magnetic portion of iPad (no cutout).

@@julietruong6525 yes.. Unfortuantely, magnetic portion of the iPad should be not be covered / should be open in order for the Apple Pencil to connect and charge with an Elago Sleeve.

It fits if you squish it down but itâs snug and the cover wonât close fully! But I tend to use the magnetic storage anyway so itâs not a biggie :)

When u have the Apple Pencil with the sleeve on, does it fit in the IPad case slot? Or do you take the sleeve off the pencil when u want to store it in the iPad case?
I have a sleeve thatâs not as thick as the one in the video and it does fit but the case doesnât close correctly. Mine also doesnât charge the pencil, I would have to remove either my ipad case or the sleeve.

Hi, I just got the Elago Pencil 2 Classic Case and the wireless charging doesn't seem to work on my iPad pro 11" (3rd generation). May I know if the iPad Pro 12.9" is the only one that works with the sleeve or does the pencil still charge even without the green battery bar lightning bolt icon popping up.

@@pommellbloom I bought it through their official store on a shopping platform and when I reached out to them, they offered me a voucher that let me get another one for free. I went through the reviews and saw that most of the ones with issues aren't yellow (including mine) so I picked a yellow one and I'm praying it works. Really like the grip and I don't want to leave my pencil naked :(

@@pommellbloom oh the ones I saw which don't work are midnight green, pink and dark grey so you should be fine. Still don't think color's the issue but who knows.
