The dynamic between Rogan & these guys changed when they didn’t leave LA & follow him to Austin. If they did, they’d still be in good with him. Because they didn’t, now there is some frienemy dynamic going on & he barely ever has them on.

I had Ian Garry winning this fight. He's younger, he doesn't get hit as much anymore, every fight he's improving, he knows MVP's style, has a great camp that is going develop a game plan for him. But now Schaub is getting me nervous of my pick.

The only detail I didn’t agree with was when Rogan compared Garry to Holland. Holland’s style kept getting countered on the way in. It’ll be interesting to see the tall outstretched hands keeping him at distance and blasting leg kicks vs the darting in unorthodox spectacle. Couple more days 🍿

MVP hasn’t been in a boring fight? The crowd at SAP Center in San Jose was booing the shit out of him after his snoozefest vs Fernando Gonzalez in 2016 that was a SPLIT decision. That was a 29 year old MVP. He also should have lost to Paul Daley, that could have gone either way but it was another snoozefest. This fight is a good test for both fighters to see exactly where they’re at.
