I am 34 yo and bought my first roller quads now. First time trying was such a disaster in the beginning, but got the hang of it quickly! I hope once I am more confident to learn this spiral stop. Now I am just on the basics, but loving it!

Hi. This is Sergio from Team Skatefresh. Yes, you can definitely do this riding inlines! Though it could be quite difficult for an absolute beginner, with time you'll get it. And it's never too late, there are people who start being over 60. Come on!
I was trying this and just couldn't get it at all, couldn't work out what I was doing wrong then realised my trucks were so tight it was making it impossible!
I love these quad skates videos as much as the inline skates videos. ❤️

What do you mean? I skate on Chaya's the Supreme model and find them super comfy. Do you mean more detail than that?

Yes you can follow the progression exercises on inline skates. They are identical….. enjoy.
