Homemade Adjustable Hole Saw // + free Plans

Hey there, in this video I am going to show you how you can build an adjustable hole saw.
Materials you will need:
-steel flat bar 200x25x3mm
-1x m10x40 allen screw
-1x m10x25 allen screw
-1x m10x20 allen screw
-4x m10 self locking nuts
-1x m4x10 allen screw
-2x m3x10 allen screw
-1x 4,5mm hss drill
-1x old saw circular blade (works best with carbide teeth)
Tools you will need:
-angle grinder or hacksaw
-metal file and some sandpaper
-10mm / 3,3mm / 2,5mm / 4,5mm hss drill
-drill / drillpress
-ratchet or wrench and allen key
-m3 and m4 tap and tap wrench
-vernier calipers
-markers
-hammer
-center punch
-bench vise
-optional:
-bench grinder
for grinding the cutting tooth can be also done by using a file or angle grinder and making a flat spot on the 4,5mm hss drill (a file won't work)
-inclinometer
for aligning the bolt when drilling the 4,5mm hole
-countersink
for deburring the holes can also be done with a file or a bigger drill bit
