Chef chalapati is a very good chef I worked with him when he was in grand Kakatiya he worked as a senior sous chef in Dakshin restaurant no one knows about South Indian food better than him lovely to see you sir I will come and visit in my next trip

Secondly, too much of talk than tasting.
Thirdly, finger millet or ragi ball tastes best when hot. By the time you were chatting and tasting it. It would be frozen ball.
Fourthly, chef is very calm and composed and very patient with you it's his own restaurant and your his medium give your judgements on tasting but let him talk and explain.

Been to this restaurant 5 or 6 times and the food is authentic and tasty... and Chalapathi rao gaaru... very famous chef and his knowledge about food and ingredients is excellent...
We all know you know a lot and you ate in lot many places, let Chef talk, let him share his experience and his take on each item. The only suggestion is, please do not interrupt in the middle.
Five years ago I ate ulvacharu for the first time in my life at simply South.. It has the best taste I ever had in my life, later I tried ulvacharu in many places but never I got that taste... Really want to taste it again.. Even my father is very fond of it... Huge respect to chalapati garu
