What are you packing for? Sorry I must’ve missed a video. Are you doing a performance or a workshop? You have great content. Thank you for sharing. I am excited to start my fall workshop at the National Ballet Of Canada 🇨🇦 in September Absolute Beginner level 2 starts in September and ends in December. I have a feeling this level could be a little bit faster in terms of the combinations and maybe more challenging centre work but I just can’t jump because I have a bad knee arthritis so I do the best I can, but I love our new teacher. She’s absolutely wonderful she makes everyone feel welcome and has a great spark She was actually our substitute teacher in our level one class and we liked her so much. We told the front desk at the National Ballet Of Canada we did a verbal petition to have her come back in September because we all loved her so much that’s the sign of a good teacher very very good teacher take care

I am currently in Maryland at a 2 week adults ballet intensive called DUCON. This is part 3 [sorta] of my preparations series. I did a part one and a part 2 of what I did to get ready for the intensive, and this is the pack with me video. The week after next I will post a video of some of my thoughts on it including a compilation any tiktoks i made whislt there. you can find more of those on my tiktok. hopefully that is a little helpful.
Im so glad you've found a teacher that you enjoy learning form. That is truely the first and biggest hurdle. I have a friend who did a ballet intensive this summer at Canada National Ballet. She said it was amazing. I'd love to stop in one day and take a class there. But I think they teach a different style of ballet dont they? I train mainly vagonova..
