    But The Penuel Show isn't an interrogation platform. It's a conversational platform, for diverse guests with varying interests. The goal is: Dope Conversations with Interesting People.

    The current global status quo has taken centuries to materialize, a lot of pain, death and suffering to materialize. @@suzygirl1843 so according to you Suzy Girl, Black MEN are not real MEN in your community? And to you it does not matter the Identity of the MEN you define as men? All that does is reflect the very sad background you originate from. Clearly somebody was absent in your upbringing, hence your identity crisis which you are applying in the context of this discussion even though it does not fit.

      @harivorifaraitawandamutema6010 Před rokem +3

      @@suzygirl1843 FYI where some of us come from Black MEN and WOMEN fought back to end "this oppression" and in so doing, prevented the germination of identity crisis and gender conflict within their communities. So both black MEN and black WOMEN understand their responsibilities and play their respective roles in support of each other to prevent economic oppression by any foreign entities. They don't bash each other but actually complement each other. Judging by your comments, that is something you obviously have no notion of and probably have never experienced.

      CORRUPTION by political elites‐ theft/looting from state coffers & institutions. Plundering of national resources such as minerals including ivory smuggling it to countries such as China & UAE 🇦🇪 .The result of this was the creation of weaker institutions - judiciary, parliament & legislature were all captured infact all arms of state & institutions. The general broken down of social contract- where by there was no longer existence of mutual trust & social bond between the government & the electorate as a result the government resorted to the implementation of populist policies (vote buying) & unleash violence to coerce the electorate to vote for the incumbentgovernment.This brought sanctions because the was nationwide human rights abuse & murderers of opposition political supporters such as 2002 & 2008 institutionalized violence/ government sponsored political violence which was well documented by civic & human rights groups. Ian Douglas Smith was thriving under economic sanctions.

    I don’t think South Africans want to amend the Roman Dutch constitution for an African one. South Africans take pride in the “perfect”Roman Dutch constitution they themselves didn’t draft.

    Penuel, this has been your best podcast. One believes you have learnt a lot from this interview. You'll most probably understand the dynamics of Africans better.

    49:24 is where he caught my attention. We normally become too comfortable with status without the corresponding monetary value. We want to be called by our titles but yet we are poor. Aikona! This has to change.
